Got water tested. Told me what to add. Didn't give me a reading list of chemicals off.

It took him a little while to get my hot tub but that wasn't their fault it was a manufacturer. When it came in they had it brought to the home and set up and did a wonderful job and been good to work with. Need to work on the communication a little bit but that's it very satisfied
