The jeep I had rented because I was having work done on my car was descent. It pulled to the right bad
The oil change lite was on. We had it for over two weeks. I left my handicap sticker in the rental car. I called four different times and my call was never returned after being told they would check and call back. The sticker. Slid between the passenger seat and console it is hard to see.

Made three attempts to make an insurance claim reservation, received confirmation numbers, the location never had the info and reservation. Whether a process is incorrect or not, if multiple people are confirming to me on the phone the location needs to be of more assistance rather than turning people away.

The office people were very nice, we did have an issue with our rental, but they were quick to fix the issue. I'm happy with our experience and would use them again. ?

They were prompt with picking me up from the body shop, willing to accommodate to my schedule, and the ladies up front were very quick and personable. Overall a good experience!

Apparently the “call center” that made my reservation didn’t do it accurately and failed to mention you need a wombats foot and the blood of a virgin to rent a damn rental car!!!! I was contacted by the Owasso office to inform me that I need to use a CREDIT CARD, not a DEBIT CARD because I don’t have TWO UTILITY bills in my name! They also require a $300 security deposit up front along with the charge for how many days you need to rent the vehicle. It’s actually easier to go buy a car than it is to rent. I will NEVER do business with Enterprise again and I will let EVERYONE know it’s like pulling teeth just to rent a car from them!
