No one was in the store when I entered. I asked the employee (who was doing nothing) if they offer laminating services and he said yes. He pointed to the laminator and I asked him how it worked. Without a word, he proceeded to laminate the two items for me. When I went to pay, I saw that he charged me a $2.50 FedEx surcharge for helping me. If he would have told me that it cost $2.50 extra to help me, I would have figured it out myself or gone to the UPS Store instead where they have no problem helping a customer without a ridiculous surcharge for basic customer service.

Had important documents to send. Asked to whom the package needs to be sent to rudely and then I gave him the address. Once the address was given to him, he typed it in but completely skipped over the part of reading it back to me.
When I asked him to see if I can check if the address is correct, he denied it saying “I saw it and typed it.”
Once the label printed, the address was incorrect because the main piece of the address, apartment number was completely missing.
He then didn’t even apologize and just blamed it on computer. And ended up writing it with a pen on the label.

Kathy was super helpful with me today. Questions I had she answered and was so polite and kind when I would go to ups with the same question they made me feel stupid. I really appreciated her kindness today.

I love this location. I have been using them for more than a decade. They always have the best people there. Always professional, no drama. If they have a clarification question on a print job , they call you to make sure how you want it. You can't ask for more than that. Never had a glitch either with printing or shipping in all this time. Not one.
