I have zero insight into how well or how quickly they fix things because my MacBook wasn’t fixable, but my interactions with Geek Squad were great.
Bianca was the girl that helped me out and she was SO sweet and sympathetic and helpful. As a photographer, my laptop is a vital aspect of my business and the CPU failing out of nowhere was unbelievably stressful. Bianca did a phenomenal job explaining the options available regarding choosing to replace the CPU or to buy a new device. Luckily they weren’t too busy and she even walked me over to the sales floor and pointed out features and pros/cons of the different options that she thought would be helpful to know about for what I needed in a new computer. She answered a couple questions before handing me off to a sales associate about color display accuracy and processors, and overall really eased my mind about everything. She even remembered my name and situation when I came back to the store the next day to purchase my new device. I’ll definitely be looking for her if I ever need help again in the future!

Took my laptop in to have the microphone repaired, a short time later I received a call that the Geeks had lost my data off my laptop when they was updating my windows 10. I ask what they could do and received an answer of nothing but they were sorry A couple of days later I received a call from the Geeks that while they were finishing the upgrade or Windows that my hard drive was corrupted. When I asked what could be done now I was told that they would have to replace my hard drive at a cost of $74.99 plus tax but the install would be at no cost. After a discussion I told them to replace the hard drive. Later I received a call from the Geeks and was told that they couldn't replace my hard drive because they didn't have one for my laptop because it was not made in the U.S. So I took a laptop to the Geek Squad with a mic problem and ended up with a door stop. Now when I try and call to talk to a Supervisor no one will return my calls. If this is the kind of service you get with their repair program I don't think I need them.

So thankful to have Geek Squad in Owasso. They have helped me multiple times. The best way to make an appt is to sign up for time slot through the website.

Whoever hired the guy name Chester for geek squad, he’s an idiot. Do these guys get any training or certification before getting hired on???
After restarting and rebooting my iPad, I brought my apple Magic Keyboard in because it wasn’t functioning. Chester takes 10 seconds to look at it and said yea you need a new one. We were about to pay $350 for a new one but gladly they didn’t have white in stock. Went home and I google some more and we were able to get the Magic Keyboard working again under accessories, keyboard. My 10 year old son can probably work for geek squad if this is the best they can do for a BB Total member.

I called to make sure you could help me with removing the stand on my Mac. You said yes No Problem bring it in. 45 min drive take it in and you tell me you don’t do that. Why did you lie to me on my phone and burn 1.5 hours of round trip travel time of my day? Worthless liars

Can't call Geek Squad to ask a question and you can't just show up you have to have an appointment. If your locked out of your computer you can't make an appointment. Not everyone is Geek smart. Received a text that my computer was ready to pick up once again I didn't make an appointment they had the computer I waited 20 minutes just to pick it up. The Geek argued with me that I didn't wait 20 min I waited 5. Very rude and this appointment thing is ridiculous the next one on the board was 20 after I got there so why did I have to wait????

Forget about calling Best Buy to see if there Geek Squad can do repairs for you. I was the phone for thirty minutes bouncing between there phone tree. Never spoke to a person ☹️
