I hit a rubber work boot on Hwy 169 going 70 mph Friday afternoon. It went under my car and broke the trim around rear wheel. It was flopping, I pulled over and couldn’t fix it. Was side swiped on the Highway that left large black mark down the side of my white vehicle. When I went in for estimate they were able to remove the damage IMMEDIATELY. Very honest and helpful staff. They saved me from having to use insurance and made all my worries go awayService: Painting

ALex has been very nice but they had my car almost 2 months and I finally said i need it back and will bring it back when the parts come in that you keep saying you're waiting for. I brought it back after more than another month because I was going to be out of town for almost 3 weeks and when I returned , stillnhad nothing done. They said they would call as soon as it was in but we have had to call and it still is not here. My accident was in October and it is now the middle of March. Still no call from them. Now I'm angry.

Place needs shut down. Poor poor quality work for $13k. Loose parts on my front end hood scratched to ? from being removed, mark on the drivers door, fender and door don’t line up along with the headlight trim. Can feel the orange peel texture on my paint. Partner company with GEICO claims neither are worth two ? in a ?. The communication was so so but then told for three weeks it would be done. GEICO quit paying the rental even as a partnership the little guy always gets screwed by big corporations. I will not stop til my truck is fixed and my accumulated out of pocket expenses are covered. If a lawyer is needed y’all can eat that cost as well since you’ve had a week to respond to my survey etc. my insurance has supposedly reached out to y’all as well. Still no answer. Ohh yeah if you leave a review they’re not happy with they’ll ask you to change it. ? Great request per the “Production Manager” I’ll just stick with Mike if you’d pay more attention to your crew and do quality control instead of damage control might have less damage to worry about. What amazes me is there had to be minimum of 3 people to see the quality and craftsmanship put into my truck before it left. If it were my business I’d eat the crow fix the mistakes and move on. Ohh yeah I have done this because my clients and their reviews to mean a lot to me they’re not just another claim.

First impressions were great. Its now been well over two weeks from the original finish date of the 5th of October. Communication has been so so and doesnt seem to add up. I get messages saying it'll be later next week twice, then it should be done. Then we're waiting on a grill last minute. I purchased another vehicle as I need one to operate my business when the insurance exhausted my rental. I would not recommend if you're wanting your vehicle back in a timely manner. So now I wait til Monday when I was told it should be done later this Friday afternoon. Almost 3 weeks from original date of completion. Great Job. since I have not gotten to see the quality I'll stick with a 3 star at the moment.

Honestly if I could give more stars I would. I had the experience of great customer service. Very nice people. I got my vehicle back much sooner than they had originally said, which is amazing and absolutely perfect timing. The paint matches perfectly and my car looks great. It's like there was never a dent. And to top it off, my car was vacuumed out and wiped down. And I never would have expected that. My car was in desperate need of a good vacuuming lol.Great place and would recommend to anyone needing any body work on their vehicle.Thanks Gerber Collision. ?Services: Body & Trim

Gerber is a preferred repair place for Progressive. I was involved in an accident and my vehicle suffered damage to the front bumper along with obvious alignment issues. Two weeks later I received my vehicle back just in time to go out of town with my family for a baseball trip. As soon as I left Gerber I noticed the steering was loose. After getting the vehicle home I could visibly see my front drivers wheel was still bent in slightly. We assumed the alignment wasn’t done correctly and planned to get it fixed as soon as we could make it back from our trip. While on our trip we stopped several times along the way. Each time we would turn out of a parking space we would hear a loud pop then another loud pop like something was popping back into place. We decided it was best to have it looked at. Once my husband just looked in under the wheel we discovered the ball joint was completely out. It was a wonder we had made it out of state without losing our entire wheel on the highway. After the repair place out of state broke my vehicle down they discovered we had also been driving with a broken control arm and the entire rack and pinion assembly needed replaced as well. Gerber had to have taken the wheels off to complete the cosmetic repairs but they sent us on our way with my vehicle in that condition. I have no idea how they could stay in business with that kind of service. We were forced to Uber the entire week while out of state because my vehicle had to be fixed by the new repair place. We had to stay extra nights in a hotel because parts had to be ordered from the dealership to fix my vehicle. Insurance was notified of all the issues that they did not fix. Gerber called us one time and left a voicemail saying they needed to get us an updated quote!!! What good is a quote when we are out of state with these issues? Were we to drive the car back to them in that condition? We returned their call several times and received no return phone call after that. Our trip turned into a total nightmare. If you get work done at Gerber I suggest driving it locally for a couple weeks before ever trusting it on a trip. There could be issues under the surface that haven’t even been addressed. As long as it looks good and all the sensors get cleared, that’s all they are concerned with. They even told me they took it on a test drive to insure all repairs were done and the car was good to go. Either they didn’t care or that never happened.

They got my Acura fixed right up! They sent text alerts for appointments which is huge for me! They were always friendly and their communication helped me be able to plan my days without feeling like I had to wait around all day. Should I need any other body work or paint done to my Acura I'm 100% coming back here!

Great service from start to finish ? We had a vehicle that needed a previous repair from another business repainted. Gerber gave us a estimated repair date and they finished in that time period. They repaired and painted my hood and rear driver quarter panel and they did an outstanding job! You cannot see any differences between the repainted areas and the rest of the vehicle. Great experience all the way through, Thanks Gerber team! Im a customer for life now ?
