Clean store & polite staff which is why I'm leaving a review on their behalf. One of the female staffers removing donations from my car, mentioned how hot it was. I made a joke about wearing jeans in the heat & she informed me that they can't wear shorts at work??? Not only that but it was mentioned (not to me but in my vicinity) that the AC also wasn't working.
Sick considering these hard working people are drenched just from collecting donations, they can't even be comfortable is near 100 degree weather. There are people that have disabilities who often work for this company because of the benefits & job training, I couldn't imagine my disable child working in these conditions. It just seemed like a calloused & unnecessary thing to make employees endure. For my moral sake I won't be shopping at this location again.
I think goodwill management needs to brush up on their own policy, which clearly states that employees can wear weather accommodating clothing.

You can barely fit a buggy down the aisles more or less a buggy and a person if somebody is in an aisle with a cart you cannot go down it. It’s ridiculous I’ve never seen a Goodwill like that

PLEASE CONSIDER MOVING OWASSO GOODWILL TO THE GOING OUT OF BUSINESS BIG LOTS!!! IT IS ACROSS THE STREET AND WAY MORE SPACE FOR A NICER STORE! Owasso needs a larger store!!

You know when you scramble a deck of cards? So that’s what it seems like they do with their clothes. No organization or signage whatsoever for their clothing. I couldn’t find a regular large size men’s t-shirt, at all on my recent visit. The last time I was here I had trouble finding them and they turned out to be kids large. They really need signage for men’s women’s, boys girls, etc for clothing. I will say their employees are nice, both in store and the donation drop off area.
