Employees are the rudest people I’ve ever seen. Do not take anything to donate to Goodwill. The woman with the short hair and the guy working on 6/1/24 should be fired on the spot. Rude as hell.

The People make the place. The items are well priced. I do wish they would put on like the electronics stuff with it not it works. I think more people would buy more of those items if they did. But quite as clean as like the one in Glenpool but it is still a lovely place to go especially if you have hours to spare.

Prices keep going up. 5.99 for a used tee shirt? Some things could be pitched retail on sale for less than they charge. Then ask if you will round out the charge up to the next dollar. I don’t shop there or donate to them anymore.

They have a metal bar painted blue that lays across the drive between them and the dental center. Thanks for making me waste gas trying to find the Dental center's other entrance.

The Owasso Goodwill is small but one of their cleaner locations. The store is well-lit and the atmosphere is light and airy. It's a mix of patrons shopping there. The staff does a nice job keeping merchandise off the floor. They attempt to keep clothing rounders sized. They also try to do a bit of visual merchandising with new pieces or appealing pieces. This location never has as many home goods as other locations but they have a few aisles of it. Prices at all Goodwill locations have gone up. Merchandise for Goodwill stores are donated so that's not an expense for them. Rent and minimum wage has gone up in the U.S. over the years which would be more costly to operate. Although, the prices at Goodwill are definitely getting pricier from its earlier years.

Need to watch what you buy in the display case the managers minipulate the google search on their items. To swindle the unknowing out of their hard earned money. A stamp worth 2.00 they put a $300 google search paper stapled to it and sat it in a display case. Being a stamp collector I knew Immediately they Were fraudulently manipulating their loyal customers. I bought the stamp at their $10 price and immediately took it to a stamp collector from their door to his door and he confirmed my suspicions. Now I can write my review with the proof in hand. The Owasso Goodwill Managements are crooks and Misleading their local and loyal customers
