  I got the worst haircut of my life Saturday. The person went over my saved instructions and must have forgot what she was doing. Now I look like I'm wearing a topee on the top of my head.

  Got some what of a cut lol did not even touch me bangs. 20 minutes in the chair and left basically with a trim. Not worth the money at all. Very disappointed and will not return

  Went in today for a face framing bang trim. I've done this several times before and have always been charged for a bang cut. I got seated quickly and was asked what I wanted done to my hair. I said I just want a face-framing bang trim. I told her I don't think I need a full on haircut yet. She said no it looks good. The women cutting my hair spent maybe 5 minutes cutting my bangs. She cut my hair (more like chopped) without making sure things were even. I know she could tell that I was not happy with my bangs. Especially once it was done. I felt like it was chopped and I didn't want her to do any more damage. Then we go to check out and she tells me my total is $22 for a face framing bang trim! Ridiculous. She let me know I had 7 days to return to have my hair fixed, if I chose to. No thank you! I'll go somewhere else to have them fix her mess. The haircuts are usually hit or miss. Lately it's been more miss than hit for sure!

  This Great Clips location is a family oriented facility. They visit with you while cutting your hair and make you feel like part of the family the moment you walk in the door. The greeting the moment the door opens tells you they really want you there. The services are phenomenal. My grandbabies get ansy at times but all the employees are super patient and sweet. Highly recommend

  Pretty cool visit. New personal, want to say Harrim is his name. Wouldn't go with his style 🤹 😁 Pretty cool guy. Very meticulous cutting hair. He is an industrial artist and creates cool bikes, and not sure what else.

  My husband got his haircut here by far the worst haircut I have ever seen someone give. It’s actually quite comical looking but it’s sad somebody would do such a horrible job. My husband asked if she was done and she asked what else do you want me to do? I definitely would not ever recommend this place to anybody.

  I’m 18 and went in about 40 minutes from closing. I have long pin straight hair and only needed about 1-2 inches off because it was severely dead at the end. I came in and the lady that was doing my hair tried to show me how to look at my hair in the mirror reflection. Honestly I couldn’t see what she was talking about. She told me “maybe you need to clean your glasses.” and “I don’t think she wants to pay attention” In a rude tone and laughed at me. I looked to my mom for help, and she proceeded to say: “you’re a big girl you don’t have to look at mom.” I was feeling humiliated at this point. The haircut took less then 10 minutes and was a okay haircut. She told me if I liked it and I said yes, which just for her to say “well do you really because I know how you teenagers can be. Don’t complain in the car.” At this point I just wanted to go home. Me and my mom went to the register and while checking out she grabbed a piece of my baby hair (a cut piece of hair that’s growing out at the moment) and proceeded to laugh at me “did you cut this yourself?”
  
  Safe to say the service was horrible and neither my mom or I will be coming back. I know I came in 40 minutes before closing but it was a 10 minute haircut…

  used only scissors to cut my hair and it was so uneven i had to cut it myself to get it to my liking decent services but some people just shouldn’t be hired
