I'm always greeted when I enter the store I believe he's the manager I feel comfortable asking him about merchandise before I buy all employees make you feel comfortable and happy leaving with one two or three pairs of shoes, I will always return to purchase something

You guys always have what I need! I love the cleanliness of the building as well! I love the sales you guys have it’s always a smile on my face when I leave! I’m there literally two to three times a week at times. Thank you for great customer service as well!

This location is thankfully under new management so the customer service is improving. Previously you could go in to the store and not a single person would speak or offer to help. Now, you at least get greeted and helped if the manager is there.

Shipping and delivery time was great. That said the shoe itself was terrible. The shoe had stains on them in multiple spots and lost of glue where it should not be. Quilty control at nike is slipped. So I guess it's more of a Nike/Jordan Brand issue.

This store is racist. The white female manager will follow customers around the store if you are a person of color. I am a Harvard educated woman and felt really disrespected. This store is in dire need of diversity training. Very uncomfortable experience.

I had the most wonderful customer service experience provided by Isha that truly restored my faith in what customer service should feel like. She was patient and kind even when my patience were worn. And this is her job #2 after an already 8-5. This lady deserves a raise and at the very least a pat on the back because she made my even so enjoyable. Thank you Isha!!

Great customer service. Just not a lot of selection for me. They do have all the big name brands Nike, Under Armour, and etc. I just wish places like this had more gear for some of the less popular, but very popular sports like wrestling and powerlifting. Wrist wraps, knee sleeves, lifting belts, singlets, and themed T shirts are things most have to buy online. It would be nice if it was in the stores.

Biggest pet peeve is being followed around in a store. There was another white customer in the store at the same time but of course the white middle aged manager kept tailing my every move. I was looking at some shoes at the farthest (from the exit) area of the store and she comes up to me and asks if she can take my clothes up to the register. From reading some reviews this isn’t the first time this has happened. Higher management needs to step into this store and provide diversity training or coaching. Ridiculous.

Biggest pet peeve is being followed around a store. A white customer was there at the same time and they were left alone. Of course, the middle aged white manager, tailed my every move. When I was looking at shoes (mind you farthest area from the exit door) she came up to me and asked me if she could take my items up to the register. This profiling peaked my interest, into checking their reviews. This isn’t the first incident of racial profiling this store has had. This store is in dire need of diversity training or coaching from higher management. Ridiculous and uncomfortable. If you are a person of color/ minority, do not shop here, they clearly don’t want us there.

One of the associates, middle aged white woman, followed me around the store the ENTIRE time. Never been more uncomfortable. I moved to different sections of the store on purpose to confirm my suspicions and sure enough she tailed my every move. Zero stars, never shop here.
