“Marlo was amazing, we bought washer and dryer from an arrogant jerk at Lowe's. Big mistake so into Home Depot and met the most professional woman on so many levels. Needless to say we canceled our order at Lowe's and bought our set at Home Depot from Marlo...”

“I’m going to preface this with the ONLY reason I am giving this 5 star review is because of Aaron back in appliances. We ordered same day curbside pickup on an appliance at roughly 9:45 AM and it still wasn’t ready by 5 pm. We needed that freezer. We went in to try and figure out why it wasn’t available, was told we needed to cancel the order and then we could pick up our item and recheck back out. Aaron took it upon himself to grab the item and bring it out to us. Honestly, Lowe’s has screwed up so many of my orders lately (still sorting out an order from 3 weeks ago in which an item was never delivered and no one can tell me why - store on Yale in Tulsa). But thanks to employees like Aaron, Lowe’s will not completely lose my business.”

“Love this store! The lady that runs this place is so friendly. She has reasonable prices. So much to see. I went looking for pieces for my history classroom and found several items to share with my students. A tobacco silk box. Figures from Asia. Old suitcases. I like that she has game pieces for crafts like Scrabble pieces. Loads of plants throughout the store. Cool rock collection.”

“Not very often do we find what we need (inventory depends on what's been donated), but when we walk in, we're always greeted. When we DO find what we're looking for, employees are always friendly during the checkout process.”

“I guess I already left a 5⭐ review, but editing bc y'all are awesome. Today, Dakota was super helpful with a plumbing dilema & all around good person. We had to come in again & the young lady that checked us out (I am so sorry I didn't get your name!) asked if I was ok & brought us 2 cold waters. Thank you for being so kind. ? I was upset about a stray dog in the parking lot. ? You have some great people there. Thank y'all for being y'all! ?”

“I had lots of items I could not find. This employee went over and above to meet all my needs. I told him I think he deserves a review on Google for his outstanding service to his customers. If his employer is not aware of his work, he needs to.”

“Gustavo did an excellent job and helping us with our door locks. He was very knowledgeable and professional and his customer service went above and beyond. I recommend the Home Depot at 1604 Culebra. and Gustavo should be recognized and he deserves a raise.”
