ZERO STARS!!!!!NEVER use Jackson Hewitt!!!They promise a same-day refund and charged me around $250 to do it with my taxes, only to get this message…***We're sorry, we could not approve you for a No Fee Refund Advance by Republic Bank.***So, they took my money for this and I got NOTHING in return!!! Seems like a bona-fide ripoff to me!!!Also, they charged me $179 to file a basic return that took less than 15 minutes to file! What a rip!!! I ONLY paid it because they built up this refund advance that draws you in then they take your money and you get jack squat!!! I would have done my own taxes online like I always do if they hadn’t seemingly tricked me into this.I do NOT recommend Jackson Hewitt tax service!Go somewhere… ANYWHERE else.I definitely regret using Jackson Hewitt to file my taxes. It won’t happen again!

I recently visited Jackson Hewitt Tax Service, filing my tax with W2 and family kids, she charged me $553 I was shocked, I has coupon of 50% off she refuse to use that, she saying she cant use it, the lady was there totally unprofessional, and while I was requested either cancel my filing or accept the coupon she refused and yelling at me and she called 911 and threatening to kick me out of the office. Its was horror and shocking experience at this place.

Tonya was the lady's name that did my taxes. She was INCREDIBLE!!! I just felt so sorry for her because for some reason they double booked ALL of her appointments for the entire day!!! She was the ONLY person in this office and bless her heart, she was working herself to death to keep up with this workload they FORCED upon her!!! Great work Tonya!!! You were FANTASTIC and I WILL be recommending you to all my friends and family because you were INCREDIBLE!!! THANKS AGAIN, TONYA!!! ???

I highly recommend Jackson Hewitt Tax Service there's not another Tax Service that I would personally ever go to they respectful to treat you like family and clear with everything that they do so I don't think there's any other tax service out there as good as Jackson Hewitt and I will probably end up going Jackson to it for as long as I live they are like my extended family thank you the Barkers

I received great service. Your employer was very helpful. One problem-your $170 fee was not discussed until the end, and I did not recieve a refund due to me being on social security and having a retiement fund through the university I worked at. You need more up front information!
