They state they are rated number one. I’m not sure how. I’ve been waiting on a title for my car since September. I’ve had to sign contracts 3 times. They ran my credit 4 times. No one knew what was going on. If you get Matt for financing, ask for someone different. He was not correct in a-lot of things he told me and obviously submitting the proper paperwork. They do offer to pay for your tickets, penalties, pike pass charges though. So at least you aren’t out that money while waiting several months for a title.Car salesmen were nice enough. I was lied to about some of the features of my car and he was unsure how to operate them (because they didn’t exist). They obviously won’t correct what I was told by a salesman who was only there a week before quitting.Just a horrible overall experience. Good luck.

Very bad experience. I called to make an appointment for that day. She said just come on in. I arrived and the guy at the counter said do you have an appointment in a very unfriendly manner. I said I was told to just come in and he wanted to who I talked to. At that point I told him if you can’t do it just tell me. He said he could do it but acted like he was doing me a favorite. The cost was extremely high but the deal was the next oil change would be discounted. Give them one star for service

We purchased a used vehicle from Jim Glover. There were some issues with the car that they were gracious enough to take care of. Dakota, the service manager, was wonderful to work with. He took care of everything and was very professional.

Buying a car her was super easy.I found the car I wanted online, got all pricing done over the phone.Went in on a Saturday, did the paperwork, got the car and left!We weren't even there 2 hours.Went in for the first service, and it was awesome!Scheduled an appointment over the phone.It only took an hour and I was on my way.They washed my car for me too before I left.The staff here is very professional and nice.Salesmen, finance, office, service staff are amazing!!!I would definitely recommend buying a car here and keeping the relationship forever. Everyone so far has been amazing.

I purchased my 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited at Jim Glover because, I bought my previous vehicle through Brandon, my sales guy, because I trust him and he knows what I like. He and his team made the transaction easy with no hassle. All personnel I encountered were pleasant. The throwing of the football, even though I missed, was fun. I recommend this location, I’m sure you won’t be disappointed! I love my new Jeep.

On July 13th I had Jim glover service department service a newly purchased vehicle from out of state for me. The vehicle was needing new tail lights, (reverse lights are now wired in with the running lights) alignment, brakes, caliper, and new rotors on the rear axle and shake the front end down for any other unexpected mechanical issues as I was traveling from Collinsville Oklahoma to Rocky Mount Virginia in 2 weeks for a long term pipeline job. The service department had communicated to me after taking the rear rotors off the truck it needed inner and outer bearings and inner and outer wheel seals. After it was all said and done the bill was 1915$ and the gave the truck a clean bill of health. Fast forward 3500 miles and approximately 1100 from Tulsa my driver side rear axle seals are leaking. So I called the nearest dealership which is in Rocky Mount VA and they couldn’t get the truck in for 7-10 days! Let me remind everybody reading this,I NEED THIS VEHICLE FOR WORK!! So I was able to to get my truck into a diesel shop who has been highly recommended by all the mechanics on this job and is well known for their quality work. This past Friday the diesel shop looked at trying to fix the wheel seals but unfortunately while the threads have been ate up by over torquing the axle nut. The bearings on the driver side are in a 9 line bind and the slot for the key has been cut out of my axle and all TJ wants to cover is the wheel seals which are the cheapest of all the parts. Anyway I’d really appreciate it if someone above TJ could reach out to me!! Oh and I’ve disputed the bill with my credit card company!

Overall, a great experience at Jim Glover in Owasso. My new-to-me 2006 wrangler had two recalls still open when I purchased it. Cody in service coordinated the necessary parts and mechanic shop time to make the repairs. During the service visit the mechanic made a tough call to order additional parts in case needed, delaying one repair. Was the delay what I wanted? Of course not, but it was the right call. End result: after a second service visit my jeep is safely back on the road, both recalls fixed. If I am ever in the market for a new wrangler, I will visit Jim Glover in Owasso.

Jim Glover RAM was extremely helpful in the purchase of our truck. Even after a mistake that sold the truck we were coming in to purchase, our salesman, Tallon, kept in touch as they went out of their way to find the exact same truck and had it brought in. All star service! Derrick Dearman provided excellent service. He was very understanding that I was on call and had to take calls while we were there. He respected our time and allowed us space to be able to talk things over first then make decisions. What a great experience this was for our first time buying a car. We had a need to go out of town on a trip that was 1700 miles round trip & needed to get my oil changed asap since it would have been way over mileage by the time we returned. I went online to schedule it hoping that there would be an evening slot available and to my luck, there was! I went in and was promptly greeted by my regular service advisor and was told that it would be taken care of in just a moment and to have a seat in the customer lounge. I always like that area as it’s always clean, comfortable chairs & has complimentary beverages while you wait!After I waited a bit, a super friendly gal named Brooklyn came out and said it was ready to go. She advised that there were some recalls that were needing attention and to give her a call to get them scheduled once we returned from our trip.This was another positive service visit & I’d definitely recommend anyone to give this place a try if looking for a good place to service their vehicle. ?
