Associate unable to do even exchange at her register, was directed to customer service where I believe the manager assisted with transaction.
Associate stated several times she did not know how to do even exchange but did not have a person to help or train her to better help at registers.

Seems like the opening shift clocks in 9 am (which is when the store opens). According to Sharon at the front desk, she isn’t ever ready until 9:05 am. If you know the store opens at 9 am, get everything ready before hand. Hire more help.

I was so impressed by all associates, however Gene, in Sephora was the one who left a wonderful impression on my grand daughters and me. Gene, you're brilliant. Thank you for finding shades for very young girls that was age appropriate. Our 10 year old, as we walked away, said. I like Gene. This is a very quiet little girl.
Ask for Gene in Sephora. HE is a man Kohls. LOL please make sure that you tell Him please!

The manager Michelle was amazing and so helpful. Need a suit for the kiddo who is in a between size of kids and men's and I had no idea what I was doing and she found just what we needed and what he wanted. Walked us around to find what we needed and I am so thankful. And she even was able to save us 41 dollars. Thank you for the great service

No one asked if I needed help the whole time I was there and I was there quit a while it was clear there where things I could find so I just left with out them,the check out person was very nice tho and did ask if I found everything ok so it wasn’t all bad.
