I used their rewards app and bought $48 worth of gas. Kum and Go then issued 3 transactions against my bank account: $48, $89 and $175. That was three days ago and these charges are still in place. I've called their support line multiple times, reached out through the app and even went back to the store where I purchased gas to see if they could fix it. Now I'm getting overdrafts. Their only response is "it can take up to ten days for the charges to be reversed." That's not acceptable. If I walked out of their store with merchandise I didn't pay for I could be arrested. But they can post fraudulent charges and it's legal?? I'll never make a purchase at K&G again!

I normally have very good experiences here, the gentleman who is normally up front is normally very sweet and respectful, but I went there this morning and made a purchase of almost 8 dollars and asked if the 2$ worth of change, if I could get quarters because I needed change this morning. He told me he can only do it if I have 10$ which I honestly don't understand that, It was 2$ worth of quarters and it was truthfully an inconvenience.

I love this store and the employees at this location. The new one may be fancy but it doesn't offer the kindest, and excellent customer service. Not to mention the best apple fritters in owasso.

Great customer service, Casey is always up-beat, smiling and friendly! I truly value and appreciate her and the crew that works there! I had a REWARDS issue and she directed me to "Vanessa" with corp., and she called me back and QUICKLY took care of the problem! Kuddos to Kum & Go!
