The dark man older man that works over nights is extremely rude. I didn’t hear a conversation he was having with a customer ahead of me but it was only about 15 seconds after when the cashier yelled at him “I’m not going to argue with you”. I mean personally I don’t think yelling was necessary.. every time I go in and he’s working, he acts super annoyed at everything and everyone! I don’t know what problems he’s having in his personal life but dude you need to chill! We are all here trying to make another day! No need to be this rude! I say hello and how are you every time I see you. And you just mumble something and just look like you’re about to go off on someone. Try to be a little happier!! It won’t hurt you! It might actually make your job a little bit better.

This location is fairly new but they absolutely are the WORST to try to get anything from. Nothing in the coolers is ever stocked. The shelves are usually empty and to get an energy drink I want so I can have caffeine I usually have to ask someone to go into the back to get it. If this wasn't the most convenient store on the way to work I wouldn't even bother stopping. Might start going to Quiktrip up the road their shelves are always stocked.

I have an autistic son and rather than being understanding that my child was spiraling from being over stimulated, the older gentleman who works overnight proceeded to give my son dirty looks and was quite rude. If you can't train your staff to be more accommodating to children on the spectrum, then you can expect I will not be doing business with your company anymore.

The saturday afternoon crew is unhinged. Cashier girl was yelling across the counter at another associate while spewing profanity. All while i was running my card. After the transaction she just walked away. Had to ask for a receipt. She was extremely rude. This Kum and Go has a great morning staff but the younger newer employees are absolutely terrible!

I went into this store to purchase an item that required an ID. I showed my ID and the clerk asked to scan it. I did not feel comfortable with this and asked that she complete the purchase by observing the date on my ID that clearly showed I was well beyond the legal age. She immediately became rude and told me to speak to her manager who was behind me. The manager quipped that the purchase could not be made without scanning my ID. I told the manager that other stores and local Kum & Gos did not require this process and she demanded that I tell her which store that was so she could report them. I refused to provide that info and both the clerk and manager refused to complete the purchase in a very rude manner. I'll be cancelling my Kum & Go Rewards Card and shopping elsewhere.

Horrible customer service don't get me started with the older lady with glasses & grey hair tied up. She's always rude & and is highly sarcastic not friendly at all. I like to test their patience which doesn't take much at all just use a soft friendly voice when communicating with the lady clerks & a have nervous demeanor (so they perceive) LMAO it's called being friendly but yeah do that and you'll have them losing their composure they'll be upset ? and no I don't have a rewards card I told your old dusty face ahhh "not today some other time" and ever since then you never offered one but you want to sarcastically ask me everytime I come in "if you a have rewards card" just because I'm a regular customer .

Clerks@ this place stand out back and smoke all the time. There can be 10 people in line. 3-4 people working there. Only one person at the register. Today 4-5 people in line, the clerk just walks off. Comes and checks people when she gets time. One clerk is to busy with break... Sitting in the dining area reading his paper. What a joke. Get rid of the knitting club lady's that runs this place. Along with all their friends They are rude and unresponsive to coustomers. And the slow down people trying to get to work in the morning. We are not on Kum and Go time like your employees obviously are! I've wanted to say something for a while. Today is the day. Get some guys like the ones that run the 86st store a block over. Quick, polite and always friendly. This place is a joke. Sad to see a great location and beautiful store, run by people who don't care about their job. And No! I don't want your Kum and Go card! QUIT ASKING EVERY DAY!
