Too difficult to buy anything here.
Last year I had to walk out with an uncut key in hand because the workers refuse to cut keys now unless they are selling you the blank. Of course the blanks are 3-4x market rate.
Recently walled up to the horrible self-checkout with bulk hardware and had no way to scan any of it. There are 3 letter codes like ADK or GRP on the fasteners but no way to put these codes in at the till. So I waited for an associate, who then argued with me about which bolts I had and rang everything up incorrectly.
I strongly recommend going to a different hardware store in Owasso

bought a new freezer, because old one I had purchased from lowes died, right after a got a side of beef home. Loaded the new one up nevegot cold enough to freeze the meat, checked the new freezer the next morning and blood had leaked every where. I had to scramble to get the beef frozen, Wife called the day after purchase and Lowes told her would not take it back since it was out of package. Tried talking to the GM who was very snarky, he stated does your wife know who she talked to, and I said no, he then said well thats to bad. Escalated it the DM who never called got it touch with Lowes Corp, and they will not take it back. I have been a lowes customer for over 25 years , I am not one any longer. Edit: I called the customer no service number, and you get a call center in the Phillipines, it is impossible to understand what they are trying to say and they do not understand what I am trying to say, if you look at the reviews there are several in the last few months that are negitive, something has changed in the store culture, probably the GM or DM

Their self checkout system is terrible. They only had 3 running, and 2 were having problems. They need more employees or a better checkout system.

The employees noticed me looking at Isle signs and lead me to the very nice paint lady the lumber guy helped select the plank I needed very pleasant experience Thank you

The Bartlesville Lowe's did not have a piece of glass big enough to cut what I needed so I drove to owasso where they had about 20 pieces big enough. The only problem is they refused to cut the glass the size I needed. Moses spent 10 minutes trying to convince me that I did not need a piece of glass I wanted plexiglass after thanking him for his input I still wanted the glass cut. He then informed me that he didn't know how to cut it and I would have to come back when Autumn was working but wouldn't say when that was. I finally just bought the piece of glass that I couldn't get wrapped in paper and tape and I bought a glass cutter.

Always happy with Lowe's but especially with their paint department. They are always so helpful and helped me research a particular sherwin williams paint today that I had questions about.
