“I've been contemplating purchasing my meat and poultry from local butchers here in Tulsa.I watched a video about a rancher who was warning the public about some stockyards gassing their beef, pork and poultry...then selling to chain stores. He warned that the toxicity using such a method...could be fatal. The sign, he said, was the bright red color.Long story short... Tulsa Beef & Provision was the first local butcherthat I connected with.I purchased 10oz ribeyes, 16oz T-bones as well as 90/10 ground beef and poultry.The ground beef actually had some real flavor... and, the chicken was tender and scrumptious.I'm confident the steaks will taste just as great.I may try others local butchers; but, i will definitely order from this vendor again.”
