Optimal Fitness 24/7 Owasso is a full amenity fitness center with a non-intimidating and great environment. The staff is welcoming, helpful, super cool, and always nice. Members are approachable and more than just a number, considered family. The facility is good, very clean, and open 24 hours. It features lots of brand new, well-maintained, and high-quality equipment with an old school vibe in the back area. The back has squat racks, deadlift platforms, and pull-up bars, offering a great selection of different machines for building muscle. It is not a Planet Fitness, but a high-quality, low-profile gym with a great atmosphere.
Several upgrades to the equipment multiple times already this year. A good sign that they're putting money back into the place!
