So far I love this daycare, my child has only been going here a short time but the amazing things they have done for our family is unforgettable! My child has transitioned so easily here. It has definitely reassured me that my child has felt safe safe and happy at this daycare

I had called to schedule a tour and let them know what day I needed my child start, unfortunately when I got there, they were not welcoming and also they had no space until next year. It would’ve been nice to be notified on the phone while we were talking to know this information instead of having my time wasted. The facility also smelled really bad. My son is nonverbal and still he was able to communicate that it smelt really bad. I understand it’s a daycare, but they really do need to work on the place smelling cleaner.

I would drop her off after the weekend and get her back with a rash every time. I'd clear it up during the weekend and it would come back after they had her. When she moved up classrooms she cried every time I dropped her off. Threw herself on the ground. I came to pick her up early one day and a teacher /worker was dragging a 3 or 4 year old by his arm with no shirt or shoes/socks while he was crying and she was rude and took him to the office saying she couldn't do it anymore. She seemed shocked I was there. Idc how frustrated you are these are young children we are leaving with rude workers. She also got sick so much and had hand , foot , mouth 2 times l. She loves her new daycare and never cries.

We have been going to this daycare since my LO was 6 weeks old- he’s 14 months now, and we have been blessed to have Ms. Ashley in the infant room as his care taker! Now he has moved up into the young toddler room and his new teachers are amazing as well! All of the staff are absolutely amazing ♥️♥️ The Director Amanda and Assistant Director Ashlynn are also amazing they are always willing to answer any and all of my questions and if I have any concerns they are quick to find a resolution! Ms. Shirley has been a wonderful cook for the children- my LO loves all the nutritious food and snacks she makes for them ! I highly recommend this childcare facility! ♥️♥️

I read these negative reviews but we love this center and the people who work here. Anytime we have had an issue it has been addressed and resolved quickly.

UPDATE: Lisa the new and current director is such a sweet and welcoming person. Every single day greeted everyone with a smile and listened to everyone no matter the tone or matter of the person. She always ensured that our needs were met and my son was well cared for. We left due to moving back to OKC, but she and her staff made it a great experience. Would absolutely recommend this center to anyone!——Reviewed around 12/2020 when center director was changing:My child loves his teacher and everyone is very welcoming. There was a visiting director, I forgot her name, but she was very blunt about the way she told me and another woman to wear a mask. Did not even let me explain why I didn’t have one. The new director seems nice and Alice the one who was helping for a bit was very nice and personable. My family doesn’t celebrate American holidays and they respect that. My child’s teacher is very welcoming and greets him with a hug. I just wish I was able to see more of what goes on during the holidays to ensure my child is not partaking in Halloween, Christmas, etc. Can’t wait till covid is over.

My daughter is 2 years old, I am so very blessed with this childcare they teach her how to talk and she came home using manners which I was so very happy with, I am so thankful for the teachers and Mrs.Lisa for feeding the kids and willing to take their own time out and take care and make sure these kids are safe. When i forget to call them to let them know my daughter isn't there they call me to check on us and see what's going on such caring people. I moved to Owasso recently and I kept my daughter home cause I wasn't for sure about child care till I found this place finally got sit up and she started going. Such great communication and honest people.

My little girl has been going here for 2 years and since then I have been more and more impressed with the leadership/management and the great strides they have taken to not only keep my little one safe but doing meaningful educational activities. Morgan is the best director by far! Daycare is expensive but with their app i get daily reports, messages on important updates, and pictures of what my daughter is doing during the day. Such a relief for this working mom!

I'm a Grandparent who has 2 grandchildren at Kindercare. A baby who began at 6 weeks old who has received the most loving, compassionate care from two of the sweetest teachers ever! The Kindercare App allows us to view pics, and gives us daily reports of his naps, feedings and changes. We also have a 3.5 year old who has never been in daycare and had a hard time beginning, however, we are 3 months into school and he absolutely loves it! We are so blessed to find a Teacher who truly cares about his well being and to make sure that he is happy and is progressing on a daily basis - she IS making a difference in his life and seeing the daily pics of his class mates and him being in a small class environment and playing outside is exactly what we had hoped for to make our grandchild happy and excited to be at school. From the Director down to the teachers, we are most pleased with the daily activities and how well the communication is between the children and the parents/grandparents. This is a wonderful establishment for children!

Stay away do not work here or bring your kids here. The staff do their best but poor leadership and cutting corners puts so much stress on them. It’s ridiculous the people who run it ask their teachers to lie to parents. If you have a baby and your not feeding solids to them they’ll do it and not tell you that they did it. 20 plus kids to a teacher is against ratio rules. I know it’s cheap but stay away!!!!!

Went to drop my child off for the first time since my wife had to leave early. I walked in after typing in the code to unlock the door and didn’t know what to do or where to go. The office to the right was full of ladies I’m guessing work there and they acted like I wasn’t there or even acknowledge me walking in. I had to figure everything out myself don’t know if it was right then walked down the hall till some lady stepped out and asked me what I’m doing and I told “ I’m lost and can’t find anyone” she took my daughter and said “ I know where ms amber is” ok thanks. Poor poor acknowledgment of people makes me worried that anyone could just walk in and also how rude of the staff. They’ve done it to my wife too. They need to work on that for sure.

Where do I begin? This daycare is absolutely horrendous! My two boys attended KinderCare for six months. I feel horrible that I left them there for so long in the care of so many incompetent people. The assistant director has problems controlling her anger and is the most unprofessional person I have meet in my entire life. My boys spent their days being shuffled around from one classroom to another. Mornings always left us guessing what class to drop them off in and picking them up in the afternoons was no different. We wasted 10 minutes daily searching for their belongings that would also get shuffled around but never into the class they were dropped in or picked up in. The incident reports that my husband or I signed during our time with Kindercare was beyond ridiculous. The straw that broke the camel's back was when I picked my son up to find that he had a bowel movement in his diaper that he had set in long enough for it to dry to his butt and leave him raw and bleeding. To make matters worse, I had to change him in the floor off the classroom. The new director had removed the changing table from the class and claimed it to be a hazard. In my opinion, the floor of a daycare is the most unsanitary place to be changing a diaper. If that wasn't enough, I had to keep children that were gathered around my son and I from getting into our mess all while my son is laying on the floor screaming because it hurt so bad. I would not recommend this daycare to anyone and I feel scared for the children who still attend this center.
