I’ve been renting here for a few months and it’s literally a huge pain to do anything! Their janky proximity card entry system never works right. Not to mention they are never around when you need them, and when you approach them with an issue they get all offended and defensive! They both refuse to listen and try to talk over you. Everytime I need in my unit it’s some kind of issue. The autopay system is hit and miss while they make ZERO attempts to notify you there was an issue. They will just lock you out then charge a Bs late fee. Spend a little extra and go to a legit facility.

I rented a U-HAUL car hauler from these wonderful folks about 6 months ago. The woman who co-owned the facility was great. Had trailer setup and ready to go. Highly recommend!

total scam artist! Purchase boxes for a move. The box is clearly stayed hundred percent guaranteed by back on unused boxes. I moved 10 hours away and tried to return unused boxes. Since they are not a corporate store they use their own accounting system and their receipt is not acceptable for returns on the boxes. Call them to ask what they could do to help me they told me the only thing they can do was refund the boxes by bring them back to their location... 10 hours away... Beware! These dealers are not corporate U-Haul stores. The U-Haul policies do not apply to them they make up their own rules. Who knew the difference between one U-Haul store and another. Do not rent from these people! Go to a U-Haul corporate store.

I don't advise taking your stuff for storage to this facility. The gentleman at the front who is other than a gentleman did not want to give us his name. And handed us our receipt and said thank you and when I was asking about the damages of water and mice, he only repeated did you have insurance about 10 times. I explained to him those were military documents, and other items value, like whole household goods, and he just stood there with a smirk and kept repeating did you have insurance. As my daughter who just returned from overseas was trying to talk to him, he threatened to call the police and closed all his doors… I don't advise using this facility! They destroy the things you store, and they don't care about what damage is done. There was another employee there, but when I mentioned damages with Mice and Water, she booked out the back door. Unbelievable that they don't treat people with more respect. They are very much aware of the mice problem, and water problem but uses insurance as an excuse for not reimbursing for damages. My daughter who just got back from overseas was more than approaching this with a military grade approach with respect and the gentleman was rude, and disrespectful. To say the least to keep my military composure I had to wait outside.
