When I went in, there was an older employee with glasses and short hair who asked me what I was looking for. I told her the brand name, exact shade name and that’s I needed a lvl 10 developer. She was very pushy about buying more than what I needed just because it was on sale.I told her I was fine. She walked away just to come back moments later when I was looking at a different brand of developer and told me I shouldn’t get it because it wasn’t included in the sale with my hair dye and again tried to push the buy 3 get 1 free with that specific brand. I told her I’m fine again and that I wanted to try this brand of developer. She walked a way and literally turned on her heel to come back and talk to me about how I needed a higher developer for my dye. I was buying BLACK dye and my natural hair is light brown. I told her no. I just needed a lvl10 since it’s just deposit only. She gave me a lead paint stare and then She literally tried to argue with me about it. She tried to tell me that with that brand of dye I needed to use a lvl 30-40!!! I told her no again and said the box said lvl 20 and since it’s just deposit only I just needed a lvl 10. She would not drop it and continued to ask me multiple times if I was sure and if I had used it on my hair before. Yes, many times before. I’m not sure what her problem was, but she needs to treat younger customers better. I will not be coming back to this particular location until these employees learn basic customer service skills and freshen up on their cosmo info. Very disappointed.

Just tried to get a red undertone burgundy brown to cancel out the green in my hair to become brown all and was refused service because “it wouldn’t work and it would turn my hair purple” the associate had short red hair. i just put all three boxes back and walked out laughing. never had a good experience at this location unfortunately.

I have been going to this Saaly's to get perms for my mother and wanted to make sure that we used the correct perm since her hair is gray and the person that helped me was very knowledgeable and professional. She was even to remind me what we use because I can never remember.

I walked in here looking for new clippers and something for dry skin on my face. I was greeted and assisted by Amber. I told Amber what I needed and she walked with me all over the store. Amber was extremely knowledgeable about everything I asked about and was exceptionally friendly and patient with all my questions. I felt like I was in great hands during my entire time at the store and left feeling that I made a very educated decision on what I bought with the aid of her guidance. Amber set the standard for what customer service is supposed to be like and other employees should strive to be even half as awesome as she was.

Really rude customer service, two older ladies working there were both inexperienced with hair coloring and hair products, and were quite judgmental and behaved immaturely toward me and my friend. Hire friendlier and more experienced people please.

Went to Sally's yesterday, on Wednesday, the lady that was working there was rude! Then she got my last name wrong ,when I wrote a check she said it decline ,because, I bank at prosperity bank so I went over there with the check and asked them what was the deal, they told me it had to be on her end and cashed my check. And all she said when I went back to get my products was Mmm that's strange. This store is so bad From now on I'll only order my products online at Amazon.

This is the only Sally’s that has a problem keeping stock. Every time I go, the manager is always on the phone explaining that they are out of something and to just order online. There is no reason I should have to take a drive to Tulsa for supplies. Its called Sally’s Beauty Supply. No other Sally’s in the Tulsa Metro seems to have a problem keeping stock of everything.

Super low stock and only had one item I needed. The door sticks when you pull and the lady in the store with short black hair and has a name tag that only says ‘Assistant Store Manager’ was extremely rude about me looking at their hours of operation before entering the store. I was simply verifying that they were open because don’t really go here, also why I was unaware that their door sticks. She was very unprofessional and refused to tell me her name. I probably won’t ever be back. Their inventory isn’t worth dealing with the poor customer service.
