Staff was not helpful even being 4 ladies at that time, 3 doing inventory (I guess) and the one in the frontdesk. I had to ask twice for help because nobody was helping me. I went in December 2024, and employees must be friendlier and care more about customers.

I love jean!!! First of all he has amazingggggg makeup, but he also gave me great tips for in the future and was so professional and helpful !!! I love this location all of the staff is great. This location is the reason I spend my whole paycheck lol ??

Very impressed by the customer service I received today! I came in and felt so welcomed by the employees there! The guy that helped me was so nice and helpful and had a lot of recommendations which I really appreciated!

The most kind and helpful staff. I went in looking for a specific new on the market lip product that I had ordered online (direct from the brand’s website) but wanted to see if they had it available because I’m human and impatient! The girls literally unboxed it for me and let me try it out with a tester. I bought one and will give the second one away when it arrives. I also left with a new skin care mask and body spray per their recommendations. 10/10 experience and will be back before I shop online next time!

Person at the desk is worthless spent 2 seconds looking for a fragrance then gave up and recommend a different fragrance that was totaly different won't be back to by any thing here not only that but the same fragrance was 25 dollars cheaper at the mall .

They never have anything in stock. Staff is not helpful. Shopped at many Sephora's will not be back to this location

I love Sephora and on my recent visit those feelings have changed, the associates didn’t even speak to me. No hellos, how are you doing? no smiles nothing at all, it made me feel uneasy. So I looked around for a bit while some of them stared at me and others ignored me. I left one of my favorite stores with a different feeling, a negative feeling. If I could give them no star I would.

I was really surprised how big the store was and how many brands they fit in. I was really expecting it to be small like the ones in similar department stores. I had probably at least three people ask me if I needed any help and i was only there for a few minutes. I'm really happy to have a sephora that carries some of the brands I like.

Great location! Tons of brands that I absolutely love! You can literally shop for makeup, clothes, and food in one area! A girls 3 favorite things?! They had tons of testers! All the testers were clean, store was clean, and tidy. I was asked if I needed help Which I was just browsing but they were nice and kind to me.

Every time i try to use a discount they don't accept it. today i had a 30% off coupon and of course they said they couldn't honor it. it was on the Kohl's sight.
