Hands down the best nail salon I’ve ever been to! The service is top-notch, and the staff, including the owner, are all so kind, caring, and genuinely get along. It creates such a nice, welcoming vibe. The atmosphere is super relaxing, and another bonus: There's no strong acetone smell like most salons—so no headaches! It’s the perfect place to unwind and treat yourself. I seriously can’t recommend it enough!

Every staff member was absolutely wonderful, and the boss was incredibly friendly, thoughtful, and caring. They worked quickly and efficiently while still delivering amazing quality. They even offered me a drink, which was such a nice touch! I’ll definitely be coming back here and highly recommend you do too. Not only was the service outstanding, but the environment was also very clean and beautifully maintained.

Dip and pedicure for the beach and the gel started peeling off my nails the next day. First time trying this place and I will NEVER go back. Pedicure is chipping as well. WAY OVERPRICED as well.

I went in today for a pre-vacation pedicure… you know, the ol’ “make my feet less scary” routine. I think I got the “mystery technician” because I don’t go enough to earn one of the good ones. Loyalty apparently unlocks skill levels. Who knew?
Asked for a heel scrape. You know, standard issue. Remove the dinosaur scales so I don’t start a fire walking through TSA. She ignored that. Instead, she focused on trying to cut around my toenails like she was playing Operation with garden shears… “Don’t touch the sides!” — Oh wait, you just sliced open my big toe. Cool, cool.
It started bleeding. She dabbed it like we were casually mopping up a murder scene. I leave for vacation in a few hours and now I’m packing Neosporin and a prayer. If my foot falls off in the Caribbean, I’ll know why.
Maybe it’s better if I just exfoliate with sand from now on. Or a cheese grater. Either way, one star.

If I could rate this awful place less then a star. I’m just beyond disgusted at the fact that starting my pedicure the lady seemed as if she didn’t want to be doing her job, so aggressive and with rude manners. Mind you this is my first time getting a pedicure, when she started to cut and do her things my toes did hurt a little bit, but i though that it was normal, just the process of a pedicure. Not even 12 hours have passed and my two big toe nails are literally infected. DON’T GO to this place, look for someone that actually does the job and loves what they do. Beyond upset and disgusted…

0 stars!!!!! My mom went she was excited to get her pedicure done! When she came in the lady did NOT want to attend her! When the lady cut my mom’s cuticles my mom told her they hurt but she didn’t care! She didn't have a name tag, she wouldn’t listen After my mom told her it was hurting, and she didn't turn the water lamps on the ones that make the water turn to colors! When we came back home her cuticle started bleeding! I do not want more people go through this. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I love Serenity nails! I have gotten Tony the last couple times. He has amazing customer service, and he makes sure you leave feeling happy! He does an amazing job with my pedicures every time I have set in his chair! 10/10 recommend seeing Tony, but I’m sure all of them will treat you just the same!
