I went in to get some samples of their shades of white. Out of four shades they don’t have anything they need to make any samples. That does not work.

Andy deserves ALL recognition and praise. This man goes above and beyond to make sure his customers are taken care of and leave the store happy. I have never in my life experienced this level of customer service. Ever. Will not shop for paint anywhere else.

My builder ask me to select my new house colors and I picked up a selection of colors. Me and my husband thought the colors we picked out would work great, so I bought some samples to try? We tried the samples and they looked terrible! (5 colors) I took my husband to the paint store and we did our best to try to figure out colors, the sales person ask if they could help and talked us through a paint selections and helped us pick out two colors that we both loved and agreed to! We bought samples and tried them and they were so awesome! They were perfect! They were just what we were wanting! We are so pleased with the help we received!

Can't buy paint samples. Can't get a color wheel. Kids at the counter don't know anything. Pick up a few cards and that's about it. You're on your own.

I took in a 5 gal bucket of paint I bought there year ago. The cap was missing but I wanted it shaken. they gave me a new cap and then shook it up. No primer on the shelves but the truck had arrived so he went thur new deliveries and found me the primer I needed. made me a good deal because I had to buy qts instead of gallons. I appreciate the extra mile to help me and also the discount.
