Must be under new management. Terrible experience the last few times getting my hair cut here. Last time in the chair it took almost two hours for a basic fade and I missed my sons the kwon do meet because of it. This time I checked in online, drove 30 mins, only to find out my name was not on there when I arrived. Four stylist were upfront, not cutting hair. I was told they could check me in, two people on the board when I walked in, 45 min wait. They deleted my name, which I’ve seen them do before while waiting in store, and I still had time on my clock. I was deleted from the time getting out of my truck to walking in the store. Don’t know who is managing this place now but it use to be much smoother, go see the 71st store in Tulsa, better service.

Signed in via app, app said 46 min. Once checked in I kept getting passed over and the girl at the counter apologized and said the app always messes up and kicks people out. She said that I was next up and should only be about 5 minutes. Nope! The next person behind me got called and I got kicked out again. Now it said I had a 27 minute wait. This is definitely not the first time I’ve had issues with this. Don’t waste your time

Brittny H. has taken care of my hair since I moved to Owasso seven years ago. She is friendly, professional, and makes me look good (with what she has to work with?). On the rare occasions I had to use someone else, I haven't been disappointed.

Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. They always take great care of me and I can usually get in and out even when they are busy. The check In system isn’t always the best but it’s not the fault of the establishment.

Do NOT have Paige cut your hair unless you want it to look like a dog groomer gave you a haircut for $22!

Dropped off my son for a trim on his hair that was several inches long. He left with hair not much longer than a shaved head. Manager said there was nothing she could do. Not sure what kind of a trim requires clippers and a guard. First and last time.

I’m writing this bc my boyfriend wasn’t, WORST HAIR CUT I’ve ever seen! Gave exact directions (photo for reference) and went ahead and started chopping more than expected. Then made excuses and said it was his fault he didn’t tell her?!? If I could give them less than a star I would. Cut less! Then ask.
