On Feb 16th, I went to the T-Mobile store in Claremore, to open a new account. I spoke with a sales person there, who stated I would fare better with a business account. He stated somebody would be contacting me by the end of the day to help set that up. In about an hour, I received a call from T-Mobile, who gave me the rundown of the business account. I agreed to sign up for the business account, sent in the necessary information and was told they would get back with me shortly. That was on a Friday, I did not hear anything Saturday, Sunday or Monday. I emailed my T-Mobile rep who said he will check on that and get back with me by the end of the day. I have not heard anything up to this Thursday, so I went into the T-Mobile store in Owasso and told them what had happened. The store in Owasso assured me that I would hear by 11 AM the following day and have the matter taken care of. I did not hear anything the following day nor sense. It should not take over a week to have my new mobile plan set up. I will be using another network.

T-MOBILE customer service is the best there is. You hardly ever have to wait for someone on the phone and they are able to resolve your issue quickly.

We left and came back a couple hours later, and the same customers were still in line at T-Mobile or just being helped 2-3 hours later!! We went to Verizon and added my husband to my Verizon plan and called and cancelled T-Mobile a couple days later.

I have to travel from Bartlesville to Owasso to a T-Mobile store this particular store is a very good store I will no longer do the one in Bartlesville because of the manager of that particular store I would highly recommend anybody to go to the one in Owasso Oklahoma very courteous very friendly their service is excellent

We went in to sign up for the Test Drive. Both Derek and the other 2 guys we dealt with during our trial run were so friendly and helpful. They were very patient in answering all of our questions, and we had a lot of them! The Test Drive is a good way to see if T-mobile will work in your area. We did switch both our internet and cell phone service over. So far, so good. Thanks guys!

I spent full price for a new Samsung S22 Ultra but it didn't come with a SIM. I called T Mobile and they said they could mail one or I could just stop by the store to get one. I tried that at the store in Owasso but was told it would be a long wait. I tried to explain, I just need a sim card and I could do the rest online. He said he couldn't do that because he needed to activate it on my account and they are backed up. It shouldn't be hard to get a sim. It may be a small thing but it's just one more reason I am going to switch to another carrier after being with Sprint/T-Mobile for over 20 years.

Very rude and ignorant. Would nkt listen to our issue. Just wanted to take our money. Woukd not shut down our Mifi and just kept shuffling us off. THey even tried tried to tell us we didnt have mifi, after bringing up another customers account. We switched to Verizon due to this.
