I wish I could remember the young lady's name but I can't. She was the only person in the salon when I went in. She did a wonderful job. She was very friendly, professional, and she cut my hair the way I wanted. I will go back to her again in a couple of weeks. Thank her for me!

The last 2 times I’ve tried to get a haircut here there were at least 4 people waiting, besides one in the chair. I finally asked the girl if she was the only person working. She said she was, but another girl was supposed to be there at 11- well over an hour from then. I finally went elsewhere. Fast forward about 2 months. I go there for a haircut. I was completely dumbfounded….it was the same situation. Only now there is 6 people waiting, girl will be here in 1.5 hours. So, I went about a block away and immediately got my haircut. I guess I have found a new place. It’s too bad, I’ve used Supercuts for years.

We absolutely love the Supercuts in Collinsville. The stylists are amazing and always extremely friendly. We always use Amanda when she is available.

The young lady that has cut my hair the last few times is AMAZING. She is very attentive and doesn’t talk my ear off. She is definitely a 10. You need to make sure she doesn’t get away.
