This place is not the same since the son took over. It has gone downhill. It isn't that clean anymore. Weeds have taken over in the rock gravel area. Plus, inside the climate-controlled building it is dirty on the walkway. The staff inside the office are really nice when you want to rent a unit. But when you want to move out, they are unfriendly then. I never moved into my unit I rented. So, I went back on the first and told them I never moved in, and I won't be needing the unit after all. They said that I didn't need to pay for the month then. I told them I already did. So, I took that as I would get my money back. Well guess what they kept the money and said I didn't move out in time to get any money back. So, in my opinion it has run downhill since the father has retired. They are only out for the money and not for the customers anymore.

Lied to about pricing I was given. When I asked why it changed the person I was speaking with said it was in the contract but when it checked and showed them it wasn't, was told it was what it was.

Great little place we found to store our trailer. Concrete pad with plenty of room. The entrance was a little tight for our 40' trailer but slow and steady got us in.

Easy, breezy, beautiful. Those three words sum up my experience with Ron's Trails End Mini-Storage I. I had literally zero problems the entire time I was there. There was one night that I remember seeing some folks having trouble getting their key card to work, and wouldn't you know it? Here comes Ron to help, never mind that it's 10 PM. The man is salt of the earth. If you have any storage needs at all, Ron is your guy and Trails End Mini-Storage I is your place.
