I’ve been banking with this branch since 2015 and I couldn’t be more pleased. They have great customer service and a great loan department who make banking so easy. TTCU Owasso Rocks!

TTCU owasso is by far the worst branch location. The ladies there do not listen and are very rude. They are all very condescending on the phone. The ATM deposits never work at this location. 0/10 experience

I've been a member for 17 years...since they've installed automated banking there's no more personal service. Today I learned that the deposits I've made since Friday are not in my account ($1500)...and they've depleted my savings to cover 100's of dollars in fees...there is a lobby full of people and only 2 customer service reps here...we've been waiting over an hour...still no resolution...update to follow

Very unhappy with TTCU. All we wanted to do was change the phone number on our acct. 3 days and 3 emails and they still have not changed the number. We will be changing banksAfter being customers for 10 years!!

Not open during their listed hours of operation on Saturdays. Would NOT recommend going with them if you work full time during the week because then you won't even be able to access your money since they're never open on Saturdays when they list that they would be. Literally talked to a representative about their hours of operation and checked their times before coming and they were incompetent enough to say they'd be open so I came only to find they were closed. I feel LIED to by their employees and that it's an incredibly DISHONEST company that they wouldn't even post why they were CLOSED DURING their LISTED HOURS of OPERATION with no explanation. Must have an incredibly stupid management team to not consider their customers at all on the weekend.

I am on an federal credit union account with my husband and even have my own debit card for the account and I have withdrawn and deposited on this account for 5 years. Today I was denied service and told I was not on the account and they would not help me. I called my main branch and they verified I was in fact on the account and shouldn't have been denied service. My main account says they keep having issues out of the owasso branch. I will avoid this place from now on.

Choosing to become a member at TTCU Owasso was LITERALLY the best decision I could’ve ever made. Their staff , Cheyenne especially, has gone above and beyond to help me with everything I’ve needed. I would 100% recommend that if you are looking to refinance your auto or home loan or if you just need a great bank to do business with that you choose to do it through them. I've had the best experience with this branch. I'll admit, doing things over the phone seemed to take a bit longer, but every time I've been inside I've had nothing but quick results.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. If you need information on your loan, you are gonna need to hire a lawyer. As simple as that.

We pulled up literally at 12 and waited for 7 minutes before I called them and they told us they were closed they would not serve us. There was a car in front of us that got served. I haven’t been there in months and had no idea they closed at 12pm on Saturday, and there was no need for the negative attitude the lady had while informing us that they were closed.

If you call you get a loop of automated systems and when you press 0 to speak to a person it takes you back to the main menu, I ACTUALLY needed to talk to someone as I was hacked but they don’t seem to care about us

No one knows the answer to my very simple questions about my account. Also, ordered checks a month ago and no one knows where they are. Can't talk to anyone. Employees are not trained at all. Employees just keep transferring me to other people. Very dissatisfied!!

You will never see me in this credit union ever again. TTCU is a sister branch to my credit union. They refused to make change for me because "I am not a member" so I ask what can I do there as a member of their sister branch..."You can make deposits and withdrawals." "That's it?" "That's it..."well it just so happens that there are several other sister branches I can go to. TTCU, You just lost my business. I will take my money elsewhere.
