  Arrived to drop truck off after long day of working in the heat. The lady says she doesn't take trucks, even though there was Key Drop box and a UHAUL TRUCK PARKED THERE?!?! AS WELL AS U HAUL SUPPLIES. She sent me down the street to waste more gas. I'm assuming lazy and didn't want to do the paperwork or walk outside...

  Went there to buy boxes. Their website said they were open, and so did their door sign. However the door was locked and I knocked and waited and no one came despite 2 cars parked outside. Would have liked to have given them my business but it wasn't in any way easy.
