I have been with US CELLULAR for over 30 years. I have stuck with them through a lot of problems but I am fed up with them and the way they treat their customers, especially the loyal customers. I have sent hundreds of customers their way and now will do just the opposite. They put on a good front but when things go wrong or they make a mistake their true colors show! If you think you will complain and get help from corporate you are very mistaken! They don't follow up on complaints filled and the employees stick together and lie when they are asked. This is probably because these type of issues start and spread and are allowed to become a way of business from the top. Feel free to reach out for more specific proof info and proof.

This place sold me a phone phone case and screen protector and I had a great experience until…. The screen protector and phone case didn’t work together and they told me sorry you paid for it. All while they were the ones to offer me all the products and assured me they would all work together. The case was not compatible with the screen protector and they again told me they wouldn’t do anything about it even though I purchased everything Less than 12 hours before I just wanted to swap the screen protector for another product not take my money back I was trying to be fair.

So tired of these people. I was in this store the other day for over an hour... there was only two people ahead of me at 10am and at 11am an employee comes in, and proceeds to have his protein shake and talk to his buddy rather than help the people waiting.. by the time I left it was 11:30 and protein shake still hadn't helped anyone.. their cell service is a bad joke and the customer service is even worse, I'm getting tired of employees acting like the customer is there to serve them

I called the store about a Receipt for a case I had bought back in September that fell apart the guy on the phone said he would email me it its almost 4 and no email not happy and they never answer the phone

It's been a long time since I've been on a used car lot, but my experience with this store reminded how frustrating it can be. I was sold a phone that had a manufacturer defect. 2 days later I took it back, the staff knew what was wrong immediately and told me they had been having that trouble for a few weeks. I asked why they didn't mention it when I bought the phone. No answer. They said an update was coming the next day. It didn't. Then they kicked the can on down the road saying the update would be ready by mid month. I asked for it in writing. Couldn't do that either. They told me they would set me up with a new phone, I'd just have to pay $35 return fee for a defective phone, apparently so they could resale to the next sucker. (Someone else was in the store at the same time with the same problem.) Every staff member I've spoken with has a different story. Would not recommend this store. Unless you enjoy feeling like you've been gamed when you leave.

Came in to get a new phone and account with my mother.5G is trash compared to 4G, and the representative lied to me about the monthly price of our plan.I felt like I could trust her but I was wrong.

I would like to say a good thanks to the employee Skyler flowers to help me so fast to get the best phone plan for me. He was extremely friendly and got me in and out fast. I appreciate the great customer service. I will definitely be staying with this company for a long time.

They're commercial said free phones for everyone. Even with an existing plan. We were due for upgrades to our phones. These people are crooks! $219 dollars and 30 more dollars per month later we got our new phone. I love how the salesman waited until the very end to tell us we owed $219.

I dont have experience in the store, they may have great customer service, but the service is the worst you can get. I don't even have service in my own house in the middle of Owasso. Unfortunately, I'm on a family plan and my parents don't use their phones very much, so I'm stuck. Will continue to spread awareness though. Do not use them!!!! You will thank me later! Seriously no service in the middle of the city!

Their satisfaction guarantee is a hoax... I was told that I would have great signal based on their "service map" for a whole home system. I was told that it allows for zero risk on my part and I can return the equipment for a full refund. When I tried it at home, the service buffered about every 5 minutes for almost a minute each time... I tried to return the equipment and cancel my service based on their guarantee, and I was informed that I had to pay a restocking fee. I paid it to get the service canceled... Then I was charged with a month of service after trying it for 30 minutes one day. Please do not trust anything they tell you in the store. It is likely just to get you to sign up for the service and they do not care for you after you are hooked. Shout out to VERIZON!!!!!! They treat you right and have great service!! Please try all other carriers before you go with US Cellular!
