“The owner of Nutrishop, LaShan, hosted a 7-week challenge for City of Owasso employees. During the 7 weeks, employees weighed in every two weeks on Nutrishop's InBody machine, which measures your body fat mass, muscle mass, water, body fat percentage, etc. Challenge winners showed the most improvement. As a nutritionist, LaShan provided free meal plan consultations and offered supplement consultations. I heard from multiple participants who saw a real difference from using Nutrishop's products. One employee can now play soccer with his child using the joint supplement when previously he would struggle to walk for days after playing. The challenge was a positive and motivating experience, and LaShan made it easy to administer the challenge and for employees to participate.
