id carve out at least an hour to deal with this store. it's ungodly slow! owasso drug has gotta be loving it! worst service I've ever dealt with. they give 0 F's! They have to be just shedding customers at a majestic clip!

EDIT: Friend who's a pharmacist told me to call the ER and just have a mew machine sent in for anyone I'm an emergency! Thank God she's proactive in her job.Got a breathing machine for my daughter of a walgreens brand and it stopped working just a day or two after. Of course you assume you can bring it to exchange but apparently you have to call the 1800 number and of course they are now closed. Use a different pharmacy who would have explained this when you got it and won't stop working after just a few times.

I will not waste time and effort trying to fill a prescription at this place ever again. I waited in line multiple time only to be told that medicine would be ready15 mins later each time. Fast forward 3hrs later and I was told that they haven’t even processed the prescription. Save some time and effort and use a better pharmacy.

Drive thru is aweful! Multiple occasions where it has taken an insane amount of time to get prescriptions filled. They tell you it will be ready in apx 20min and will text. 1hr later and crickets! They are the only place close that's open 24hrs so we have to wait to be able get meds for our kiddos.

I called the pharmacy to check on a prescription status and an older woman answered and was extremely rude and put out to answer any questions I had. It’s my first pregnancy and it was about my prenatal vitamins. I then asked her for name and she stated I’m one of the pharmacist and hung up on me! I was in total shock. This woman can’t be from owasso because I’ve never had anyone treat me like that there. Be aware.

Pharmacy staff does not know what they are doing. We ordered a prescription 8 hours ago, we show up and it still wasn’t ready. They didn’t communicate anything with our doctor or insurance. There was only one staffer who knew what they were doing and the rest would click one thing and then have to ask for help. And then they couldn’t even figure out how to get insurance to apply to it so we had to pay for it without insurance. I’d get your prescriptions filled elsewhere.

The one star is for the friendly service. Every time I try to call the pharmacy, I’m on hold for over 30 minutes. I have to call at 5am if I want a timely response. Same for picking up, there’s always 8 or so people ahead of you, unless you go early in the morning. They desperately need to schedule more staff members, it’s ridiculous.Edited afterwards: After over 45 minutes on hold, they picked up and hung up on me. You might want to consider a different pharmacy.

Customer service is a foreign concept here. It took 7 visits to the pharmacy to get my script. They have incompetent and classless staff. There’s not a manager on site at all times which speaks to the poor quality of staff.Their constant excuse is that they are understaffed. So is the rest of the world. This is not an acceptable excuse to be unprofessional and simply not perform your expected job functions.

I have been on hold with this walgreens for the last hour because they never send me a text when my order is ready. After the first 25 minute call, they hung up on me. I called again and was on hold for another 10 minutes and they hung up, again. I then called and was on hold for 15 minutes, yet again someone hung up on me. Then after another 10 minutes, they answered, I told them I have beenon hold for 50 minutes and they continue hanging up on me and she hung up on me. I am not driving to this location with my sick infant unless I know his medication is ready. THIS IS RIDICULOUS. Never using this wal greens location again.

Slower than frozen molasses. I honestly don't understand how this branch stays open. There's one on 86th St in Owasso that is never as busy as this one. I won't go to this one unless there's no other option.
