Bath & Body Works sends little coupons in the mail for a free in store item. I am sure this is to pull customers in. It works! This one was for their plug in home air freshener. I had never tried their type. We were immediately greeted when we walked in. I explained what I was doing and the associate, I believe Nick, took me to the area and showed me my options. He was super helpful! They have a ton of fancy wall plugs and scents. I picked my freebie and the item I needed to go along with it. The cashier line was a little intimidating but moved fairly quickly especially after an associate grabbed a couple of people to go to another register. So far I am pleased with the room freshener. It is really strong. I am only a few days in and sometimes it still feels like it gets me in my throat when I walk by it but I like the scent. I will get more if this one lasts for a decent amount of time!

So I go into this location quite a bit and always seem to have decent service however I stopped by today and it was a young black lady working and another lady who looked to be Hispanic and neither one seemed to be the friendliest people. From the moment I walked in the young black lady would not leave me alone she persisted to go on and on and on like I haven't been to bath and body before. U guys act like ur car salesman could you please back off from your customers a little bit that would make a world of difference. I'm wondering if they now work off commission? Can't people be a bit more friendly these days instead of bombarding people and making shopping around uncomfortable. And when I used my coupons it completely seemed to put them out! Management needs to step it up

I recommend using another Location for your purchases. The staff is hateful and rude, and the manager that was working the night of the last promotion was disgruntled and had people just sitting down bags and walking out!!! Workers did not have bins properly stocked so boxes and staff were in front of the displays. Poor management!

Barnes was so kind today assisting my son and his friend with their Christmas shopping. Both have special needs and my son didn't want me seeing what he picked out for me. Barnes took over with a smile while I waited at the front of the store. Very very thoughtful. Love the antlers too, by the way - nice touch!

My mother and I visited over the weekend and were very disapointed. When we walked into the store, we were bombarded by the sales workers and the truck driver delivering boxes. We could barely walk in or look at the products for our entire visit. No sales worker apologized or offered to help us. When I went to checkout I had a coupon for spend $10 get a free item up to $14. I had also planned to purchase 6 hand soaps for the deal of $25. The saleswoman rang up the total to $4
