Like pulling teeth to get anything fixed and even harder to get them to admit they have screwed up even with all the paper work in front of them. Greedy lazy people.

I've been trying for over a year to get og&e to cut the limbs from this tree off the power line running to my uncle's house. He no longer has power in the kitchen, his dryer isn't worker properly and his central air can not properly cool the house down anymore
