Had a thing happen with my bank and had the bill be paid 1 day later than the supposed due date now they want to charge me over 400$ on my next bill.. when my bill was paid the same day the contacted me about the original payment not going through ,and they treat me like this? Literally 2nd time in 4 years this has happen and they refuse to work with me. I offered to pay the simple late fee or a 30$ handling fee for the online payment error and they refused. So now my bill that was 130$ is going to be over 400$.... they don't treat us like human we are just numbers to this trashy ass company that was a monopoly over our area and u can't even get another energy provider....

I've been trying for over a year to get og&e to cut the limbs from this tree off the power line running to my uncle's house. He no longer has power in the kitchen, his dryer isn't worker properly and his central air can not properly cool the house down anymore

I had a power outage about 8 months ago tree limbs had fell on the power line og&e came out cut the tree off the lines got it up. Great!
Now the reason for the one star review is how they cut the tree and the customer service after the fact the tree they cut they cut half of cause that’s all they have to do (lazy). Now the tree is hanging down towards my house has fell on my fence that I’ve already had to replace and you guys don’t want to come out and fix yalls lazy work.

I had a house fire and they decided when I moved back in to not turn my regular account back on and just made me a whole new account never said a word never sent an email never had a phone call they just did it and now I have an almost $300 bill for 2 months because they didn't send me a bill for the previous month and just tacked it on to the second bill and said pay it all and two days worth of no one being here yet somehow there was usage. They act like everybody can afford stuff like that and just make it okay not to communicate with their customers and do things like this and leave me in a bind.

Set up auto pay 5 times now and expect to not have to worry about it but it seems every time they have problems and it as not resulted in them shutting the electricity off all bc their auto pay system is trash .

If I can rate them no stars I would. Absolutely the worst company out there. Reason for this rating is very high bills and when you tell them about it pretty much tell you to F- Off. I agreed to solar after a $600 electric bill and what I saved for the year was less than $5 and more outrageous bills . Do not do business with them you’re better off buying a generator.

This company is atrocious. They just shut off my electricity the night before a major snow storm because of disorganization on their end. I paid my bill over their website and somehow it isn’t linked to my payment history. It shows up on my credit card history, but OG&E doesn’t reflect that. I’ve never been late on a bill in my life. This feels criminal. I’ll be contacting my attorney when their office is open in two days.
