I work with a individual that uses this post office and we mail items back and forth and with packages being paid for they will hold the mail 1-2 days before shipping even after paying the shipping and it being dropped off early morning , it’s very unprofessional and goes against their acts that they do so .

Today I went first time , to the Post office in Panama Oklahoma. The lady upfront was real helpful. I was able to get in and out quickly.

Every peice of mail we send is late because they hold the mail for days before sending it on. I was in Arizona and my wife sent me mail and it sat in Panama post office 4 days before it was sent to the next facility in Tulsa. It took 8 days to get my mail from home in Panama to Winslow Arizona. Very poor service on the part of USPS!

This post master that’s apparently been working there for 2 years, has the worst attitude possible. Shari Williams; Sent a package back out without even checking the name or corresponding address. I’ve lived in this town for 5 years and have never had a problem receiving mail at my P.O. Box OR street address. Anyone that lives in Panama knows that your physical address is either bokoshe or Panama. ESPECIALLY a post master? Don’t you think? No, apparently not. When she was addressed about the situation, she refused to acknowledge her mistake and started a feud instead of trying to help us, and threatened to throw us out of the post office instead. No people skills at all, doesn’t know how to make rapport, or even small talk. Every other employee there has always been above and beyond. Why she has a problem and an ego trip; beats me.
