Covercraft is just bad, terrible customer service, they don't care about anyone just your money. Had some stuff I needed to warranty but dealing with them made me to never use them again. Biggest issue with them is their customer service department, it's a joke to get ahold of anyone let alone have any issues resolved. I wouldn't recommend anyone to use their stuff.

I guess I'll never know if the seat covers are any good, because I can't get them. I placed an order on 8/8/23. It says that they are "custom made" so there's lead time. Since Jeep JKs are pretty common they could have them in stock, but I guess that's the way they choose to do business. Estimated shipping date was 9/1/23.On 8/24/23 I receive an email that says my order is completed and ready to ship, but there's an issue with my payment going through. The fact that this was 2 weeks after I placed the order seemed odd, but I went to my order and reentered my card info, and the charge went right through. So I'm thinking great, my order will ship in a day or two, and I'll have it around the middle of the following week. At this point I'm under the impression that they're going to over deliver and I'll have my seat covers by the estimated shipping date. No, not a chance!9/1 comes and goes, and my order still says "Not Shipped". On 9/4 I sent an email asking for a status update. That email went unanswered. On the morning on 9/5 I sent another email. That email also went unanswered, so I called in the afternoon. I was told that the email I received on 9/24 was an automatic email their system sends and my seat covers want be finished until later today. When I asked why my card was charged if the product I ordered didn't exist, I was told that they have a new card system that automatically charges the card as soon as the info is entered. Not great, but OK. So I can expect my order to ship tomorrow? Oh no. The earliest they say my order can be shipped is 3 or 4 days after the seat covers are completed. When I explained that I want my order shipped or my money back before the end of the week (It's Tues now) I was told that they do not offer "expedited shipping". I Wasn't asking for expedited shipping. I was asking for someone to put my order in a box, slap a shipping label on it, and give it to whatever shipping company they use. It seems like a simple enough task. I'm asking you to ship the product that I ordered a month ago that they were paid for 2 weeks ago. You know, I'm asking them to hold up their end of the deal.

Covercraft's products and poor manual documentation has caused a considerable amount of damage to my vehicle. In April of 2023, I removed my Covercraft Custom Front End cover from my vehicle to find $1,800 worth of paint damage. I followed the manual's care and installation instructions, to the letter, but due to the product's abrasive material and Covercraft's failure to provide critical care tips in the manual, my vehicle has sustained damage over all areas the cover "protected."Covercraft's Defects Specialist has repeatedly avoided communication as well as manufactured reasons to deny responsibility: provided documentation that was not supplied with the product, and then faulted the consumer (me) with said document, made claims about my use without any evidence to support the claims, and operated through a 3rd party vendor, instead of conversing with me directly.I would love to talk to them directly but they continue to work through 3rd parties and ignore email correspondence.

I ordered a dash mat from them. It took forever to get. The quality of the mat was horrible and it was so thin like paper! For as much as they charge, I thought it was going to be nice and resemble the pictures. It made my new car look like an old car. I was so disappointed with it. They refused to give me a refund because I had a custom embroidery on it. I threw it in the trash where it belongs with the rest of the garbage. I'll never order from this company again!

It took forever to receive my shade screen. I experienced delays in every step of the process - ordering, billing, production and when they finally did provide a tracking number it took another week for the Post Office to actually receive it.It's a good quality product, but not worth the experience.

Great fit overall, but my center console looks like a nasty loose sock!! They sent me a replacement that was 100 times worse, so back to the sock. The seat covers are very nice and fit perfect very expensive tho. The whole set cost $1000. Hopefully, they will outlast me.

I ordered a custom fit cover and what I received is a terrible fitting generic. Their sales team verified that it has multiple uses (aka generic) and they have no problem continuing to sell this item as custom fit. If you expect the cover to fit like the photos on their website, it won't.

These people are the worst people to work with they sent me the wrong color product and told me they would send me a replacement product after waiting on hold for over 30 minutes. 2 weeks later still no replacement and on hold for another 30 minutes to talk to someone and the lady tells me they have nothing on a replacement to be sent out to me. I will be doing a chargeback and taking my business to someone else

As soon as the problem I have is fixed I will update this to whatever the rating calls for .I have used Covercraft for a long time , bought items for 3 different vehicles and told many friends and family about the company . ALL which have been extremely happy with the company .Recently I ordered a Sunscreen for my vehicle . It came in the mail . Correct color , decent time line .Problem is , it does NOT FIT my vehicle .... I have called multiple times , talked to 4 different employees now . Emailed pictures of proof , been told that they would call me back and nothing .Honestly I love the Sunscreen shades that this company makes and have NEVER had or heard of anyone having a problem ..I checked the reviews here an am SHOCKED to see so many negative ones . I really do not want to join the negative reviews BUT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE with this company . Yes they are nice , but no one is helping with the issue . I do not want my money back currently I want the correct product that actually fits .Owner respond with a number , email or way for me to contact .

Unable to get in touch with anyone over the past 2 1/2 months for info on placing a custom RV cover order. Spoke with one phone operator, but no other human contact the entire time, including five emails and four phone call messages. Not sure if labor shortage has hit the company. Bummer because I was really interested in the OLEFIN cover for my rig.

Not happy at all with the ultratech interior cover we ordered from Covercraft Industries. It is not designed well to keep the cover securely attached to the car. The trunk weights do the job in the back but the only anchoring point in the front is the windshield wipers. This is ineffective. Any wind that pulls at the cover pulls it right out from underneath the wipers. The velcro straps for door handles are sufficient to hold the sides down but there should also be straps to go around the side mirrors to help hold the front in place. When reaching out to customer service about this flaw I was told - "our designer said that is just not how it is designed". For satisfied customers, it is how it SHOULD be designed. I was given the offer to return but needed it for a road trip - the sole purpose of ordering. Once we return I will take it to a canvas shop to have the needed straps added, correcting the flaw by the manufacturer. But given that the cover we ordered does not do the job advertised, I do not recommend ordering from this company.

Ordered seat cover on 11/27; promised to ship by 12/04; shipped 12/16; I had to reach out for order update; product is ok, not worth $400+I should’ve known this company was out of touch and stopped order, but I didn’t; product didn’t fitCalled to request return and return shipping label, no such luck; You’ll pay for return shippingYou wonder why people like Amazon? See above.

Purchased 2 dashboard covers. Received both sewn together from pieces of carpet. I was instructed to return them for a full refund. This after weeks of haggling with them. Both were returned, only to receive a partial refund. I am now haggling again for the remainder of the refund. This company is a mess. Better Business Bureau has received multiple complaints on them.

I would think they could send some decent installation instructions with $700 front car seat covers. I have a 2018 Camry and I've had these covers for months, but don't even want to try and install with these crappy instructions. Covers look great sitting on my couch, now how do I put them on ???
