“I love this place. It’s not as fancy as the larger hotels around but it quite and there is no rif-raf around. The staff is friendly and helpful I stay a lot for work they have a few BBQ pits that can be moved around the location which is nice “eating out every day sucks” I get a smoking room so there is never a question about a hot plate,electric skillet,or a crockpot. Rather you stay one night or a week rooms are always cleaned the ac/heat is capable of freezing or burning you out if you set it at 60 it will cool to 60 even in 100+ heat and it will heat the room to 80 if desired when it’s -13 with no problem. The rooms are also quite large which gives plenty of space to hold anything you want to bring inside. Breakfast is sub/par they have waffles some of the best coffee around which is a plus along with muffin/other snack cakes and cereal. There is always plenty of orange juice, apple juice, and milk never once seen a gallon of milk within 3 days of expiration”

During my stay, I had an issue caused by an Expedia error. Connor took ownership of the situation, clearly explained what was needed, and—most importantly—followed through exactly as he promised to help get it resolved. That level of accountability and customer care is not something you see everywhere.

Connor is one of the best representatives this Best Western chain has to offer. His professionalism and genuine commitment to guests are a major reason I will continue choosing this hotel whenever I am in Pauls Valley. Highly recommended.”

“The room we had was clean and smelled fresh. The air could have been cooler upon arrival, but it didn't take long to get that way. The lobby and common areas were clean and well stocked. Pool area is adequate but due to location it has sun beating into it all day and the water was a tad warm. Breakfast is adequate. Don't expect restaurant quality, its all pre cooked and heated for that day. The linens, towels and drapes did have some staining, nothing nasty looking.”
