Google maps says it’s open until 1230 we pulled in at 1125 and they were closed! Why do you have hours posted that are not followed? Drove out of the way to go there so wasted my time gas and had to go to a different town!

Please do NOT allow people to purhase scratch off lottery tickets and stand and scratch them off while 5 people are standing in line behind them. That is ridiculous! Rude & inconsiderate of other customers waiting in line.The clerk shouldn't have allowed that.

Paul's Valley, Ok is the store location. Not sure about store #. First off I'd like to say that this is a first because I go here regularly. However, As advertised they had a promotion of $1.00 off on certain cans of the Copenhagen Long Cut Wintergreen. I requested for all of them but when the clerk tried ringing one up they wouldn't scan. So as she didn't know she contact led the local manager and she told the clerk that she cant sell them to me. How can ya'll advertise them and because they didn't get put into the computer system and didn't ring up I get service refused to me on them. The manager told her to take them back down from the shelf. I suggested ringing up a different can at regular price and subtract the $1.00 per each can. What would be the difference. They sent those to Murphy to be sold. If they didn't get put into the system then they shouldn't be on front of the shelf facing to the checkout window. Right in front. I was going to buy 5 cans and the clerk said here we go we have these and they are a dollar off. I said great I would take them all. However come tomorrow morning when manager gets back in she will put them in the system and yet someone else will get the purchase. I'm very unsatisfied with the way this manager handled it because as a manager myself in the customer service industry and have been for many years I would have kept the customer happy and rung up at regular price per can the reduced $1:00 per can and kept a happy customer.

Best gas price in town if you pick the 10 percent ethanol. The non ethanol is quite a bit more expensive. There's no inside area to walk into. The cashier works in a hut with snack/drink machines outside. There's a doughnut shop to the east and Walmart to the south.
