The mechanic Josh is very knowledgeable and good..recently had work done on my 2018 ram promaster 2500 and so far everything is going good..Big thumbs 👍 up to Josh the mechanic.. Josh and the owner both seem that they will what they can to help their customers..Got a mechanical problem then don't pass them up.. they are there open and ready to help..

Waited all night do these guys to open, just needed to borrow and 26 wrench and a gun to change to change my air bag out considering it’s fairly easy, he said “can’t make no money if I loan out my tools” I get it but at the same time, its selfish. I’ll go buy the stuff rather than pay your 500 dollars I’m sure you’d charge for the job.

Do NOT use this auto body shop. My daughters car was dropped off for repairs, when parts arrived to decrease the amount of time we had to pay for a car rental. Estimated time for her to be repaired 6 business days. We are now going on 24 days with no courtesy calls to keep us updated. We call and have to speak to the very unprofessional receptionist, who has no answer s to any questions. Just called to a schedule the pick up time for the car tomorrow. Guess what....it's not going to be ready, I can call at 8:00am at speak to Scott about what the delay is. $1100 out of pocket so far for rental, with no end in sight!!!! Horrible customer service, run away as fast as you can.....

Have used Scott's on all of my vehicles. They have always done a great job and in a timely manner, except when we had to wait for parts from Germany on my VW. My family uses them also.

Avoid this place at all costs. They will lie to you. My son took his truck to them 2 weeks ago and the estimate has yet to be started, let alone sent to insurance. Scott's told my son last week that it had been submitted but when he checked yesterday, they said it had not been started.

We had our truck repaired in March 2018. Its now January 2019 and we are still finding patch jobs on parts that should have been replaced during the repair. It was an insurance claim job so they got paid for the work and cut every corner they could. This shop is not trustworthy.
