I have been to no less than 4 Casey's that will not make tea after 7 pm despite not closing until 11. I just left Pawhuska Casey's and the tea tasted like cleaner so she poured it out and wouldn't make more saying that her boss won't let her. So her boss who gets a bonus based on sales, doesn't want sales bc why? I have heard that or that no one in the store knows how to make it from Adair, Owasso on 86th st, and one near Heavener over the last 6 months. i have never known a business to choose not to make money. I won't be going back.

Rudest blond woman ever she is getting an attitude with me because I'm trying to tell her it shows money on my card on my phone and on my account and she just gives the ugliest behavior I would not recommend coming here wish I would have got her name so I could post it on here

I travel to Pawhuska a lot and this is my favorite place to stop and get some drinks and a snack. Kimberly at the checkout is always friendly and polite. She greets you with a hello and a smile every time you walk in. Best Casey's so far in Oklahoma.

The big guy working mid day is a perfect example of horrible customer service. No greeting, no verbal amount due, no confirmation of transaction completed and sure as hell no thank you. I only know my payment was successfully processed because he literally just turns and focuses his attention somewhere off in the distance.

I gave 2 stars because I thought wow they are better stocked than the Skiatook Casey's. But I came in and I was NOT greeted with a hello by the two women gossiping . But they made it apparent when other customers came in.Sorry, ladies that you felt the need to treat me poorly. Promise , I'll never come in there again. Really , hope the other workers showed up like the meeting of the minds were saying. Because you 2 . Not at all coolPeace and love ❤️

My current review is they're slow and employee David likes to show favoritism to customer Dennis. I would have said something, about manners and the fact that it's treating Dennis' grandchildren poor morals to cut in front of a disabled woman holding a heavy load, but Dennis didn't seem like the type of character that had any interest in morality. Good choice for your employees to treat with extra care and service while making the other customer you're working with and the disabled woman wait. While a small town and limited to the options of stores to shop and employees to hire, I plan on shopping elsewhere.
