Alright if it’s an emergency to go to the bathroom but definitely not the Casey’s standard. Roaches in the bathroom, took forever for someone to come to the register, smells like something is rotting in there.. like I said good in an emergency bathroom situation and I have seen worse bathrooms, but this is not the typical Casey’s.

Since my last review was removed, I'll make another. The LGBT hire, stated she is rude to those SHE deems DESERVE it. She's always too busy on her phone, even with two lines formed. Instead of doing the routine job required, she would rather fidget with anything within reach. The ONLY thing good at this store, is the food, if they have any out. Most everything on the shelves is usually not stocked, especially in the drink coolers, the pumps are typically half out of order, and the pumps flow slower than a kinked garden hose. As stated before, I'd rather make a 40 mins trip OUT OF MY WAY, to xushing to redeem my points than to ever give the perkins store my business again, not until they take action, and the owner acts like an owner and makes the necessary changes, as the reviews plainly lay out over and over. The incompetence is mind boggling

Went into this establishment tonight the crackhead looking older "woman" who was in their kept calling me baby and making me feel uncomfortable. She also wanted to charge me over $3.00 for a medium size fountain drink because it was an iced coffee cup not a fountain cup
She then proceeded to talk down to me when I asked why and told me to read the cups before I filled it. I told her I didnt want it at that price price she rolled her eyes and grabbed the cup aggressively and went and dumped it out. She did all this infront of a younger employee and other people in the store. She then proceeded to continue to talk to me as I left telling me to be more aware next time and so I left and flipped her off which i shouldnt have done but i was annoyed and upset. I was calm and collected until the end of that interaction. Someone who is in CUSTOMER SERVICE SHOULD NOT EVER SPEAK TO ANY CUSTOMER THAT WAY. This is not okay.

This place has gone down the drain.It started strong but every time I go in, it gets worse.The bathrooms are messy and dirty. The store itself is always messy and always feels like it’s getting dirtier.They don’t label things when they are out, stock seems to be left to whenever it shows up.There’s always 3 or 4 people working but only one of them working the cashier. There’s always a line even when there’s two cashiers open.They seem to be not honoring the drink discount with the rewards.Feels more like a 7-11, and that’s not a compliment.

I was traveling through town and took a nap in my car, but the lights were on and the battery died. Shaylee came out and jumped the car with her truck so I could continue the trip. The staff welcomed my dog Jilly and I got pizza and drinks before I left. Thank you for saving me!

After purchasing my food the guys on night shift asked me if I’d participate in a one question survey. It was “Do you eat @$$?” Very unprofessional, should be disciplinary action taken. This was 9:55 12/21/23
