The manager whose cards are out in the register area Crystal Russell needs to be reassessed. Leaving only 1 employee on a night shift is unacceptable when the restaurant is located on the side of I-35 in a truck stop. Jude did amazing. Is working his heart out. He will get no break tonight. Kudos to Jude!

When I went in kind of a tall girl with long hair sick nose running everywhere she was touching everything no gloves. She then was fiffling with my sack and the sack fell on the floor she was going to put my food in the sack she dropped on the floor after wiping her nose on my sackShe should be fired for intentional passing of illness. Never will I stop here again and it our holiday . You pay top dollar for this food and this is what you get. You people need to watch who you hire this is what I know.

This location is an absolute rip-off! Their prices are twice what's expected, they don't have lower priced menu, don't accept coupons, don't have specials, don't participate in national deals, don't allow online ordering, and give half the portion size of other locations.Hard pass.

My husband asked me to make this review solely on the fact they put Arby’s sauce on our sandwiches without being asked because the ones back home in Kansas do not lol the service was overall 5 stars, they forgot one of our items but simple mistake. They fixed it quickly and politely. Will definitely return!

I asked if the curly fries were fresh she said yes they were not the fish sticks were soft and limber even after time in the air fryer. Second time I have been disappointed I’m done!!

If you want a long wait time and still get the wrong order, this is the place for you. The only reason the food gets 3 stars is that it is tasty, just rarely correct. Also, DON'T BOTHER TO GO IN AND COMPLAIN, they'll ignore you until you force the situation, then they won't listen to you.
