This location isn't good. The clerks are nice but the cheese isn't cold enough almost spoiled.
The cheese here was basically warm. It should be in the cooler. I don't think it was safe to eat I threw it away.

This place will get good employees run through them this place is filthy health dept needs to be called something has happened to the management of 7-11 and not just the store manager it’s the district here manager something is wrong

I recently visited the 7-Eleven in Piedmont, Oklahoma with my wife and tried to use my valid tax exemption card as a 100% disabled Veteran. To our surprise, we overheard the manager (not just an associate) openly complaining that I was “trying not to pay taxes.”
This comment was extremely hurtful and disrespectful, particularly because my exemption is both legitimate and important to me as a disabled Veteran. Hearing such a remark from someone in a managerial position made me feel unwelcome and dismissed. Sadly, this experience has completely soured my view of this location, and I will not be returning.

I have lived in Surrey Hills for four years and this has been a great store. Autumn is a delight and great employee. Store Lead Maria lacks the ability to lead the store. She has a rogue employee who became unprofessional and really mouthy when an associate agreed to make tacos for me. Said employee or leader could have easily said we cannot accommodate that and I could have said okay. Instead she chose to speak loudly that we are in the “rich neighborhood and cater too much to our employees and continued to talk nonsense with store lead right there. Rogue employee had her hair hiding her name tag.
Both lead and rogue employee refused to give me her name.i encourage Heather and team to coach up employee and leader. Do better. Be better.

This place is one of the most dirty 7-elevens that I have been in. It almost always stinks. The drink stations are filthy. I used to go in for tea but I quit getting that when I saw some filthy ooze running out of the nozzle, like they haven't cleaned it in a year. I wouldn't consume anything from here that wasn't prepackaged. I drive the extra couple of miles to Oncue even though they are more expensive.

Terrible experience the white girl at the counter needs to be fired and will be fired once i speak to a manager. How rude and the names she called my wife! If you can’t handle working a cash register then clean tables!

I have to compliment store associate Judy. Without going into details, she is amazing. She solely made a bad experience into an amazing experience. My review of the management would be quite different, but Judy is worthy of high praise. Thank you, Judy. You should be a store manager.
