Loved my experience here. I didn't buy anything yet however they work on not just computers but TVs and I even saw some consoles. Prices were nice and reasonable for the computers I saw. There was a senior in high school working who was very knowledgeable said he had been there since he was a freshman. Highly recommend if you are into electronics at all!

Terrible service with no communication. I will no longer be choosing to keep my business local within the community. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else! This was important and they dropped the ball. For four months they put me off. Not even a return call. This business is run by total flakes!

Had an extra laptop that I wanted to sell a month back so figured I called a couple local places since I was too lazy to do the whole online marketplace and the owner here was quick to make an offer that matches the best price I’d get if I were to go the other route. Though he was out for a service call when I came by, it was apparent he had related clear instructions to his staffs regarding my visit so everything was taken care of in a timely manner. I took a quick tour around the store and can tell that their profit margins were truly unremarkable, especially during this time of inflation so please, support such local establishments!!

I've spent over 1500 dollars here I would not recommend both times my computer had things wrong with them that I wasn't happy with both times I tried to either get replaced refund or just them looking at it would had been nice but they did nothing will not be coming back

As a previous purchaser of a computer from Reel Time I suggested we check with them for a discount for the Piedmont Scouts 374 laptop needed for their pine wood derby. A solid NO is what I received, not from the owner from some unkindly person working, actually two. Lucas asked me to call him back because he couldn’t remember to contact me after discussing with the owner, the other stated no name “ I work for reel time” we give no discounts. Crazy that we tried to keep our business local and thought that we would have support for our own. Why do we have this type of business in our town?

Got a ps5 from this place and it works! It looked brand new and doesn't seem to have been played or anything. He said they were returns? Idk I suggest buying a ps5 for sure from him! I'll be back for a monitor next month.

I bought a phone from here that was advertised as unlocked. The phone was not unlocked and not usable for me. They did not have the same phone that was unlocked for an exchange. I would not have bought the phone if it would have been advertised correctly. They do not do refunds at this store even if it is their fault. I had to pay a 25% restock fee just to get most of my money back. The employees tried to be as friendly as they could.
