“This is definitely the nicest Dollar General a store around. I travel all the way here from my town to shop. They have all the latest styles, decor, and gadgets. It's also very clean and the manager is very nice. At Christmas this year I was $4 short and she went and got it out of her purse for me. I forgot to go back and pay her back (even though she insisted that I don't). I just remembered just now while reviewing. I will go by there soon. Definitely give it a visit.”
“Maybe this store doesn't get as much business and foot traffic. Regardless, it is always the cleanest and most well organized Dollar General that I've been to by far. I'm not sure about all of the employees, but the ladies that I've talked to have been super helpful. Thanks! :)”
“This location is superior to others in the area. They stay open until 10. The selection is larger and the aisles to peruse the wares are larger too. The go-to for affordable gift wrapping and holiday decor.”
“They have great products even though the place is kinda a mess. It's always because they are always busy. One of the managers accused my mother of not having money and yelled at her she is hard of hearing but all in all since we talked to her about the problem we had a better experience.”

“I came in here the other night and everyone was so friendly to me. One worker told me a funny joke and the other complimented my nails. Very genuine and wholesome experience. I've been thinking about that since.”

“There's always room for improvement. I've seen the horrible 1 rating stars from 2-5 years ago. People may have been different back then, but the associated today (July of 2025) help you save every bit of your dollar that they can. Unfortunately the Dollar General looks like about 90% of the other Dollar General stores that I have been in (Mostly in Fort Smith), cluttered. As an old associate that use to work at a DG over 30 years ago, I can attest, this is not the fault of the associates. I'm still surprised that the company still relies on only 2-3 people to actually run their store. And continues to jam pack stores of merchandise that doesn't sell and keeps the shelves empty of the items that do.”
“Dollar store is always a good place to go and save money and they got most everything that I need saves me from having to walk 12 miles and Walmart for a box of crackers LOL”

“They almost usually always have what I need or want at the moment. The staff is friendly and the store is clean and stocked which is a huge plus in my eyes. I stopped by for dog treats and got them half price. They have sales and clearance items at prices that beat out Walmart or any other retail store. They also get new merchandise and some are name brand for less than other retailers. Love the Dollar General Store!!”

“The Dollar general on 71 is the only dollar store I shop at. Masks are a must inside but they also offer online shopping and curbside pickup which is super handy when I'm low on time! Its organized, clean and their inventory is well stocked with all the daeily products you'll ever need. Customer service is amazing! They keep their shoppers happy and on a first name basis so they keep coming back!”

“My day started like any other day. Woke up, brushed my tooth, and emptied my colostomy bag. After adding that to my compost pile I realized I was in need of the General. Not the car insurance guy that Shaq is friends with. No sir. The DOLLAR General. Parking was sparse as there was a car meet in the parking lot. No worries. Just get it fixed next time. Unacceptable! I really like candy. Anyway. I waded ankle-deep through used needles just to make it to the frozen food aisle. Hungry man meals aren't what they used to be. Employees seemed to be carrying on hour-long conversations and kept giving me the "one second" finger with scowls on their faces. Left what I had there on the counter and walked out.”
“Store is always clean, never any carts full of stock sitting in the aisles. Prices are as marked, never had an issue. I travel a bit further to use this store because of those things. The staff is very friendly, shout out to Carlos for always being friendly and helpful! All the staff is great, but I see him the most.”

“Michelle is great! She is always so friendly when I go in. Today I dropped my wallet in the parking lot and didn’t realize it was gone until I got to work. I called to see if anyone had turned one in, which they hadn’t, but she actually walked out into the rain and found it in the parking lot for me. Also had it dried off when I came to pick it up. I appreciate her so much!”
