The prices are always the lowest around. There is never a time that it isn't crowded, and you don't have to wait 15 minutes to pump gas. Another set of pumps would be nice.”

“Staff is very professional, fast, and friendly. But the electronic notification system is not good. (It just operates once a day, about noon. So you may have to wait 24 hours before receiving notification that Rx is ready to be picked up.)”

“We are new to the area and happy that we have a Sam's Club 50 miles from our house. We have gone to this locations a few times. The staff have been very nice which is a nice change. The prices at Sam's are really good if you are looking for bulk items. The meat market is my favorite. We have bought a few briskets,tenderloin,bacon and rotisserie chickens. The store is very clean and kept up with. I also noticed they are really good on making sure there was no expired items on the shelf. We are looking forward to our next visit.”
“The UPS Store is closed due to remodeling. The young person who helped me missed seeing that my package was Next Day Air. It was scanned as received before it was realized. There was no canceling it back, so that I could take it to another Access Point Location. Good thing one of the ladies working there contacted the UPS driver and asked what can be done. They then assured me that the UPS driver would come back for it. I just checked my tracking # and it was picked up a few hours after I dropped it off and it's on the way to its destination by tomorrow morning. Thank you so much everyone for trying your very best to resolve the issue.”
“They managed the sudden influx of new patients due to the unexpected closing of Health Depot quite well. Although they close early, their weekend hours are a plus. They experience the typical issues often seen in chain pharmacies, such as supply shortages, the requirement of ID for every pickup, and compliance with strict regulations. While these are mild inconveniences, they diminish the welcoming atmosphere I was accustomed to at a locally-owned pharmacy for many years.”
“This was our first experience with SAM'S CLUB. We have been Costco customers for years, even driving to Tulsa instead of going to Sam's right here in Fort Smith. We have been very impressed with the store, their products, especially Member's Mark have all been outstanding. Their optical department and pharmacy are staffed with great people, and the prices are as good as you will find anywhere.”

They come across thousands of different people with all kinds of illnesses. There quiet use to the different types of people that come and go out of there pharmacy. But them 2 pharmacist really (me crying right now ?) have compassion and acknowledge me and have seen me thru this journey with helping my sister who is battling cancer. I don't think they know that them just doing what they consider there job to me makes them heros. At least they are to me. You two are quite important special people that have a great heart. I highly recommend bring your medications to this Walgreen's and allowing Steohanie and her staff be your pharmacy.. I will only do business with thus pharmacy, as long as Stephanie is my pharmacist.. This pharmacy I personally recommend.”

“This is the pharmacy inside Target in Fort Smith. They do not answer their phones. If your phone number is not in their system, you CANNOT get past the first section of the automated phone call. The employees answering the main Target phone number say that they get complaints all of the time because Target Pharmacy (CVS) does not answer their phones. I have never called a pharmacy and not been able to get a live person to answer the telephone, much less have a phone consultation with a pharmacist.
Update: I edited my review from a 1-star to a 4-star because they DID call me back within a few minutes.”
