They did an excellent job, they did end up breaking my oil filler cap on the top of the engine, and they drove to Little Rock the same day to get me a replacement. I’m very pleased with their service and their price was incredible, less than half the price of the dealership”
“I had already selected my tires via text with James and had the price worked out. Process was easy, I signed everything via e_doc, James went over everything. The price may seem like a lot but with all the services included for either a year (which only costs $54 to extend for another year), 18 mos or the life of the tire (depends on which service as to how long it's good for) makes it well worth the price in my opinion. Balancing, alignment, repairs, roadside assistance and if it's damaged beyond just repair, they'll order a new one. My tires are beautiful, brand new and exactly what I wanted for my car.”
“Story time! My lovely little car popped a tire on a road trip back home. I hired roadside serves (NOT discount tire)to repair it, only to have it go flat again a half hour down the road. By this point, my trust had been shot, so I contacted Discount. Ross was such a freaking saint, and was able to get my “newly repaired” tire looked at wildly fast. They replaced the 28 year old tire the other business sold to me and made sure I was safe to get back on the road. They went above and beyond and I’m so incredibly grateful after the world’s sketchiest experience earlier in the day.”
“I needed rivets on my bed cover hinges replaced. Very courteous when I called. They had the cover off by the time I finished a courtesy cup of coffee.
I planned to return the following day to have the cover out back on. I was called the next morning to let me know the cover was ready.
I arrived at 1:00. A technician had the cover back on my truck within 10 minutes.
I was handed my keys. When I went to pay, they said “no charge.”

“I'm from out of state and had a huge leak coming out from under my Jeep.. I went to this shop because they were clearly a mom and pop jeep shop and Jeepers help one another out in my experience. Without hesitation Jim and Dwayne went out of their way to get under my Jeep and give me a diagnosis. They spent a good amount of time and didn't charge me a dime. They didn't have the machine to fix it so got nothing out of helping me..I would send anyone I know to this shop. They are Class Acts.”
