“I was in town for a wedding and I had two bracelets that desperately needed to be shined up before I gave them to my nieces. These were gifts from my mother’s jewelry collection and she had recently passed away, so it was important to my sister and I that our nieces get the bracelets while I was in town. I went to McGee Jewelry on Friday evening around 2:15pm and explained to them what I needed. They were more than glad to polish the bracelets for me and told me that I could pick them up the following week. I was almost devastated and I explained to the gentleman that I needed them for a wedding the next day. This kind man took the bracelets and told me that he could accommodate me. The website I saw their advertisement on said that they closed at 5pm, but they were preparing to close at 3pm that day. I looked around at the gorgeous jewelry pieces they had in their shows cases and I apologized for coming in as they were preparing to close but I thought they closed at 5pm. The bracelets were polished and buffed to a shine that I would not have been able to achieve myself. I was so excited to see them shine like that again. While waiting, I found a once in a lifetime find for myself as far as jewelry goes, so I left this wonderful jewelry store with my mother’s bracelets shining bright and a new piece of jewelry that had been sitting there just waiting on me to come and find it. I highly recommend McGee Jewelry in Ponca City, OK because every employee in there that day went above and beyond to take care of me even though I came in as they were winding up business for the day. This is truly a family oriented business, and I wish there were more businesses that really cared about anyone who walked through their doors the way the people at McGee Jewelry cared about me that day.
